Took it back to the store and they told me there was no oil in it and told me it's my fault. Went to the store in Akron and they said it was my fault for not checking the oil... I only had that mower In my new shed and new box trailer with no signs of an oil leak. they said I should check the oil in my car every a time before I drive it... so it was cheaper to buy a new engine than a new mower... and yes I checked the oil every time and never changed oil level. Now the engine is leaking oil and they said they have no record from the store I bought the mower. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Lesson learned!

I highly recommend Jacob for your plumbing needs. He is very considerate with charging someone for his expertise, and also is a very nice guy. His work for us included replacing a toilet, ring, etc. as the toilet was leaking due to a blockage in the pipe. He had to use an auger and then as the blockage was deeper in the pipe, he had another machine he used. He did extra work, but only charged the price he quoted.

I chose them because he answered promptly and gave me a quote for the project before asking me my address. He also did not spam me with calls and texts like some of the others did. When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. I also had him look at the seal on another sink which was not what I called him out for. He did so willingly and was able to complete the repair. He charged an extremely reasonable price for both jobs and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. It has been a few weeks and the sink and disposal are better than ever.
