I got the disposal and they installed it, plus added a plug under the sink and fixed the wall switch. Took an hour or so. This is the only handyman our dogs haven't barked at when they got here, and never did. He said he has dogs, but sometimes ours go nuts no matter what, on just hearing or smelling a stranger. The roof took maybe half an hour. Again, professional and efficient. Prices seem a little high to me, but it's been awhile since I hired anyone so this may be the new normal. And I used to be able to do some of this stuff but can't now, so, I have to pay someone sometimes. Worth it to have it taken care of.

Before they showed up they sent me a text message with a picture of my technician, Ron. It included a little biography of him and being the woman at home by myself with my toddler that made me feel at ease. After they did the diagnosis and gave me the estimate they had to explain to me that they did not have the pieces that they needed in order to fix my situation but they left to go find them and then came back and proceeded to fix my problem. They were at my house from most six hours and they did not leave until almost 8 PM and their demeanor was kind and positive throughout the entire experience. They had to work with my home warranty company which was being difficult and they did not seem to mind. Ron and his assistant were absolutely amazing. I will definitely use this company if something else happens. And I will be sure to request Ron!

I called to ask about it, and instead of putting me in touch with an owner or supervisor the receptionist transferred me to the technician who did the repair. He said they do that because it's easier, it's fine and they will stand behind it for 30 days. Not what i expect for over $400. I won't use them again, and I wish I could add pictures of the " repair".
