He was at my house for one hour. Even with labor and service call and parts the cost should have only been about $200-300. I immediately called to complain about the charge. He first said that he didn't service my address. After repeated calls, he agreed to an $856. refund. To date I've only gotten back $300. This guy takes advantage of people. Avoid this company! A few days later, Dave came and talked to us about the job, and we gave him a detailed list of what needed to be done. About a week later, John and Kevin came to complete the work, and they were extremely polite, professional and hard working. We had mostly existing lighting that we replaced, including a brand new light fixture hung in the hallway, a chandelier hung in the front office, a light fixture hung in the dining room, three large pendant lights hung over the kitchen island, two outdoor lights hung, a Ring doorbell installed, a new kitchen faucet installed, new handle pulls installed in both our master and guest bathroom, sealing and caulking done in the garage. They did an absolutely excellent job on everything. We will recommend Honey Done to all of our neighbors and anybody else who asks.
