My wife called a number of seal coat contractors. The amazing thing is that one actually answered the phone. Although Jim was having lunch at the time, he said he would come my in a half hour and sure enough, he did. He took a look at my driveway, said he had some time between jobs and would take care of it the next day and for a great price! No deposit, only a handshake. He came by as promised, and made short order of it blowing off leaves and debris, sealing the cracks and doing an outstanding job with the seal coat! Well worth the price and a pleasure to work with! By the way, a week later and not one other contractor we called bothered to even respond. I am glad we caught Jim during lunch (I am not sure he was) and had him complete this project! I not only recommend him here, but am letting other family members know who to call for driveway cracks and seal coating.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I hired them to sealcoat my driveway, and within less than a month, the asphalt started to deteriorate. It was clear that incredibly cheap and low-quality materials were used. The surface began to crack and flake almost immediately -- something that should never happen with a proper sealcoating job. I contacted Anselmo (the owner) multiple times -- at least 15 -- and every time he had a different excuse for not showing up to fix the issue. He promised to come back and make things right, but those were just empty words. It's obvious now that he had no intention of following through. This company does not stand behind its work, and in my experience, Anselmo is dishonest and unreliable. Don't fall for promises or a friendly attitude up front -- once he has your money, you're on your own. Please learn from my mistake. Protect your property and your wallet -- do not hire Anselmo's Sealcoating.

Only but if advice I could give them is to optimize their website to terms like short load or small load concrete, they weren't coming up in my searches. Was about to go with a co. Suffice to say, he has not honored his warranty in any way, shape or form. He is constantly setting up different shell companies but doing the same sort of con job against consumers. In Massachusetts he has operated as Creative Drives and Patios, Ground Force Masonry, Norton Masonry and Construction, Delaney Paving & Masonry, among others. In September of 2023 he set up Top Class Home Improvement, Inc. Stay away from John Delaney and Top Class Home Improvement Inc - he and his companies are a scam.

The gentleman that showed up was professional and very detailed. He took the time to really attend to my chimney and to ensure it was in top working order. He had his own drop clothes, cleaned up when he was finished and was very reasonably priced. My chimney contains 4 flues and it cost me $119.00 plus inspection. Last year we paid almost $170.00 and the service was no where near this stellar. I would happily recommend them for any masonry or chimney sweep services!

We did not even know they were planning to start until coming home to equipment in our driveway. Then, equipment broke down on first day of actual work, rendering our drive blocked for 2 days. This after no-showing the initial start date. The project manager was MIA for over a week without any communication, just unreachable. They eliminated part of the job without discussion, which was the right decision but did not reduce price and was not even a conversation. The project manager offered free sealing to accommodate for the inconveniences and lack of communication. Once the job was complete, he insisted they could only be paid cash/Venmo, despite having my paid-in-full check in hand. He stated his bank was unable to process a deposit due to another large deposit from a separate job. It made no sense, but I wanted to be kind. After being paid in full via Venmo, he requested I recall the payment to avoid fees. After several weeks of back and forth, awaiting my refund from Venmo, I paid him cash. He assured me the company would be in touch to schedule promised sealing. There was no call. I reached out, attempting to schedule the sealing. They completely ghosted me, only responding when threats of contacting BBB were made. They never sealed the drive. The process began well (seemed trustworthy), but ended with a feeling of having been ripped off and repeatedly lied to.

The wall was done quickly and the quality is good per our building inspector, though he did say there were a few things he would've done differently. It is warrantied for 5 years. Shortly after the wall was finished, I provided the final payment with the understanding the job would be finished the following day. Two months later, after rescheduling 5 times for​ many reasons, the driveway patch was done yesterday. They resealed the driveway for free for our inconvenience. I paid $9500 for all work done. KlausLarsen Roofing began work on a neighbors roof in Suffield, CT May 28, 2026 without pulling a…read morepermit. The homeowner is well known as a bigot. I noticed workers stripping the roof into my backyard without permission. When I went out to speak to the workers, none spoke English. Site manager Mark Libiszewski came over and I explained he didn't ask permission and does not have permission to strip the haters roof onto our property. The bigot called police. That is when it was discovered no roofing permit had been pulled. Site manager blamed it on a 3rd party error. Police explained [on video + audio] work came to a halt & once a permit is pulled work will resume within 10 to 14 days. The site manager will come to my house prior to work starting and touch base. No stripping will be done on our property but workers will come over to pickup errant debris and nail sweep with a magnet. Five days later, June 2, I noticed tarps, plywood, and workers stripping the neighbors roof into our yard. When I walked over to confront the same site manager the tarps were coming down as the roof was speed stripped by the hard-working crew. I reiterated to Mark he did not have permission to strip the bigots roof onto our property and if he needed that kind of access we should be compensated for it. Mark said he had no authority to compensate and they always go onto other peoples property when needed. Mark also said Suffield Police said we gave permission and insinuated I was calling police a liar. I subsequently called KlausLarsen office and spoke to Cora, Production Department, who told me I need to speak to Joanie Dunstan Mgr. Two days later I connected with Joanie who had to speak to someone else and then would call my son who owns the property. Needless to say my son is still waiting for a call. In summary, KlausLarsen did not pull a proper permit initially, feels entitled to send equipment & crew onto other peoples property without permission even when told not to. We inadvertently helped a bigot get his roof done by a crew of foreign hard workers he despises and our yard was the receptacle for the bigots roof trash. I cannot speak to pricing or quality of work but I can speak to the unprofessional and disrespectful manner in which we were treated.
