We contacted this company and let me just say they are responsive,, they are honest, polite professional, and the pricing was great. They truly care about their customers. Louie is absolutely a wonderful man. He came here looked at my roof, told me what was done wrong what went wrong, and what needed to be done to prevent any further problems. He reassured me he would correct the issue and guaranteed his work into the future. The day they came they completed the job start to finish in one day. His son Nick is just as wonderful as his father (Lou) . Nick and his dad kept me updated throughout the day and even helped me up on the roof to make sure I saw the damage previous roofers had done and what went wrong. They also showed me the finished product and would not leave unless I was satisfied. Let me just say the finished product was amazing. in closing I would say to anybody this is the only roofing company that anybody should use. He was very pleasant and took the time to talk about how and why he would do the repaving and I agreed to all of his terms. He told me he had a few jobs in front of mine and that it would probably be a month before he could start. I called him at the end of June to see when he would start and he told me he was behind because he hurt his hand and that the rainy weather delayed him further. I called him again on the 3rd week of July and he told me his new paving machine had broken down and that he had a big job at a bus company. He promised me he would get to my job in September. I told him I would call at the end of August to get an estimated date. My wife called him the last week of August and he told her he didn't know when he could start because he had a big job at a bus company. It must have been big because he told me that 4 weeks earlier. I called him on the first week of September. We exchanged hellos and pleasantries but when I asked him where my job was on his list, he hung up the phone. Giving him the benefit of the doubt that perhaps it was a dropped call, I called his number several time over the next couple of days and he never answered. Rob Marini is a poor businessman when it comes to customer relations. In fact, he's a coward. Why didn't he just tell me up front that my small 1010 FT2 driveway wasn't enough of a moneymaker for him? Beware of Marini Paving from Watertown!

He offered to pay for the damages caused to my Gutter Helmet. This was replaced on 1/29/20 at the cost of $300. I am impressed by the customer service to handle this in a timely manner. I will now recommend Millstream to others for roofing projects, but just be aware that they might use subcontractors. I hope the company they use will learn from their past mistakes.

Fast forward to the Fall season, I see leaves sticking out of my gutters, I checked my gutters and gutter guards were gone. Contacted Millstream, they came and put up mess gutter guards on the house, I asked it they could also do my garage, (I never had gutter guards on the garage) they told me it would cost $500, they tech, Troy, came and did the work, he told me he ran out of pieces and I would need a half a box, I told him if I am paying for an entire box, to leave the remainder at my house. I just go the bill for $500, for a full box! When I called the office, Paula told me they gave him the 13 pieces he needed, so I asked why I was charged $500 for a full box, she had no answer. Lansing carries these mesh Gutter Guards, $350 per box. Also, when you get a new roof, the roofer is supposed to leave remaining roof shingles with you, Millstream did not do that either. Will never recommend this company.
