Pros: excellent quality work, timely service, really friendly staff. Cons: Expensive. We've had four or five folks out doing different types of work, from plumbing to electrical, and each time their work quality has been excellent, we've always been very happy with what they do. The only issue I have with them is that their rates are a tad high. That said, if it's something serious that needs to be done I know it'll be done well. read more

It took a few weeks, many trips, and a good deal of tenacity to locate the issue and get it repaired. Caleb was always helpful and kind, and he was a terrific troubleshooter! Set an emergency appointment for Monday morning on Friday evening. I was told someone would be there at 9 am. I had to call 3 times before I was finally told "The best we can do is give you a call 30 minutes before they get there." This came after a 10-minute hold. zero stars. l had 2 toilets put in. one was fine. the second one kept making a gushing water sound Every 15 minutes. The plumber came back out twice to try to figure out what's going on.still not fixed. After the second visit l was told l would have to pay roughly $565 to have them replace the inner workings of the tank because there must be a crack or something defective in the toilet. ( this turned out not to be true) Mind you the toilets only cost $150 each and l had already paid Quality over $1400 . At the initial appointment l was advised by the plumber who came out to buy the toilets myself at Lowes ( as opposed to having them buy them for me) to save money. This apparently voids any responsibility Quality has on future repairs which l wasn't told verbally and mistakenly signed the work agreement without knowing that. Ultimately l had to pay a different plumber ( Joes Plumbing) to come finally resolve the problem and paid another $200 ( much better than Quality's $565!!) to finally stop the water gushing noise. why couldn't Quality have figured that out?And why was their cost to repair almost triple? and why would l pay $565 to repair a $150 toilet?) The only thing Joe had to do was tighten and retorque the main nut and gasket to the flush valve and the 3 bolts that hold the tank to the toilet. He said all were very loose. Altogether l paid Quality over $1400 for 2 toilets installed and 2 other minor jobs. l later found out from Lowe's that they could have installed the two toilets for $150 each and then stood behind their work.Why didn't l think of that sooner And saved myself over $1000 and a bunch or stress and tears?!?! BTW I called Quality twice to talk to someone in Customer Service about how upset l was over everything and was treated very dismissively and downright rudely. l wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. read more

It really blows my mind to see a negative review for Quality Plumbing. I have used them several times over the years. For my personal home, and then recommending for my place of business. They have always been ontime and always on point. I was lucky to have got Mike the Plumber once before he passed away. A character I'll never forget. Great guy. I can say they are very competitive on their prices. Their work is top of the line. They also were training a new guy the last time I used them. They asked permission to do so, and the veteran plumber was a very thorough teacher. All around great company, owners & employees. Would recommend to anyone for any job small or large. read more

We had a very good experience with this company. Our water heater needed to be replaced asap. They were able to come out the day we called. James and Reece were very professional and did an excellent job installing our tankless heater. Very clean, efficient, and polite. Quoted an outrage price and when asked for a break down the manager refused to give it. Manager said they do do provide a break down of costs for materials or labor. Quoted $100. For a drain pan for a hot water heater which is $12. at Home Depot and wouldn't answer why. read more

I called for an appointment on Thursday the 12th to have a bathroom sink installed with all new fittings. The dispatcher called around 5 on Friday and said they couldn't get to me. So it would be Monday 16th, same call around 5 on Monday then repeat on Tuesday. This lady said she was gonna make me an appointment for next Tuesday morning the 24th at 8:30. I was really confused because I thought that's what I did Thursday. She told me I could leave this guy in my house and go to work. Who does this? I don't think so, but anyway no worries because no one showed up and no more calls. If you didn't want my business all you had to do was say you didn't have time, no need for all this run around. I really don't understand how anyone keeps a business running like this. Also they would supposedly come out give me an estimate, and if I didn't accept it then I would have to pay $59 anyway. I'm thinking this worked out for the best anyway. read more

We had issues with our Central Air unit 3 weeks ago. The lines were freezing up on the outside unit and the inside air handler. Long story shorter, I called Quality to come out and resolve the issue. They came out the same day, checked the system out for leaks and other issues and determined the system was low on freon. They put 3 lbs of freon in the system, charged $230.00 and left. The guys were courteous and professional. 10 days later, the same issue showed up. Another tech came out, determined there was a leak, and it would cost $1500.00 to repair the leak. I had no idea if that was a good price or not, but logic said it was really high. I even considered buying another unit, even though ours is only 8 years old. I decided it would be best to get a 2nd estimate and called a local HVAC company, he provided an estimate of around $550.00, came out, did the repair and put in 4 lbs of freeon (for $116.00)... (note-I was charged $230, with my discount, for 3 lbs from Quality). He was done in around 2-3 hours. I paid what he estimated it to be. This is the facts, they speak for themselves. I paid basically 1/3 of the estimate from these guys. I inquired about the big disparity in prices, and was told "we pay our people good and give to charities". This other company pays their people good as well. Again, you can figure it out for yourself based on the facts. I guess people can charge what they want, but why would I pay 3 times the price for the same job? They are decent people it seems, but this was beyond ridiculous. Make sure you get other estimates and don't do anything rash. I don't mind paying a fair price and even will pay more for a good completed job, but this speaks for itself.
