They had to move over to Rite Aid in order to accommodate the customers. It has been a very tough for them and for all of us who use that location on a daily basis. I came in to return an item after the manufacturer instructed me to ship it through UPS using their account. Before I could even pull up the return information on my phone, the associate immediately became dismissive and told me, "We don't do that. We aren't UPS." I tried explaining that I was simply following the manufacturer's instructions, but she repeated the same statement in an increasingly rude tone and offered no attempt to understand what I was trying to accomplish. When I asked where an actual UPS hub was located, instead of providing basic customer service, she told me to "Google it on your phone." There is a difference between not being able to help and not wanting to help. I understand if this location couldn't process my return. What I don't understand is the complete lack of professionalism, patience, or courtesy. Customer service isn't just about having the right answer--it's about how you communicate it. A simple explanation and a helpful suggestion would have taken 30 seconds. Instead, I was treated like an inconvenience from the moment I walked in. This location is usually friendly and helpful, which is why this interaction stood out so much. The associate I dealt with today could benefit from a refresher on basic customer service. Being knowledgeable is important. Being respectful is mandatory.

There are no less than 4 computer terminals available for rent even during the pandemic and even at peak hours, the lines move at a fast clip to service shipping and printing needs. Every staff member should be acknowledged here, but speaking personally, my Gold Star goes to Ms Terri!! In my opinion, she is epitomizes and defines the term "leader to follow". I am a high ranking corporate officer for a MAJOR international company, and despite the size and success of my employer, I can only imagine how we would thrive all the more if all our management embodied her spirit and ethic!! She told me she would most likely cut into the collectible stickers, although there was almost an inch of room for the spiral bound. That was enough for me to leave, I asked for her name and corporate number. She said her name was Nancy, and when I asked again for corporate number she walked away and said "google it". I asked her again for the number since I didn't have my phone on me, she repeated "I said Google it". There was another associate behind her, i said are you able to help me, she said "No" so quick and didn't even look at me. I said can I get your name as well, she ignored me, I asked twice and got nothing. Nancy came back in and I asked her for her coworkers name, she refused to give it to me. I informed her as a lead she shouldn't allow her associate to provide horrible customer service as well. She finally said her name was Alyssa but I'm 100% sure she was lying. You can also email or print receipt. Larger print jobs are done by the pros. They're great and have a good selection of paper weights, photo, glossy, matte etc. Amazon returns are also accepted here. Once you enter head left, to the right side of the main registers there's a section for Amazon returns. Have your QR return code ready. Designated spots in front for pick up orders. Plenty of regular parking available.
