I've been here only once before to have my sons invitations made and just went back for my daughters. Crystal did an awesome job making both. I originally made a format on Word but she explained how the image would look distorted if it was just a copy and paste job. She redid the invitation on their software and everything came out great. Business Cards. I came in twice to this location. First was to inquire, 2nd was to purchase. 1st time, the male worker there was off-putting. As if he was there for the money and not for the service. I should've stopped there. But I went back the 2nd time with the files they had asked for. Same guy. I asked them if for any reason the file is not sized properly or the design doesnt fit the business card properly, will they notify me so I may re edit. It was a HARD no. They just print it and that's it. So be careful. You might end up with 500 useless business cards. I called another print shop and they charged me $40 cheaper and was able to make sure my file was perfect before printing at no extra cost. So I was assured I'd love my business cards. the picture I wanted was on the wall for 130. but when I asked, he said it had changed to 150. and by the time I got out it wound up being over 170. and I had to drive all the way back because they wouldn't ship it to my home. so when I went back over a week later, the picture still showed 130. you would think a sign shop could make a current sign. total bait and switch. and to make matters worse the picture is lifting off of the acrylic, I will never go back. read more

I would say this is the worst place anybody can get anything printed they take forever to get your print done. and the day they are busy they will not reply to your emails or messages. They are very good to charge you for everything but take forever to give you what you paid for. pretty much they treat you like you are a nobody they don't really care about customer needs and everybody in their office has the same attitude. Very shitty . I will never do business here ever again, I created a logo here and they never gave me a disk or the SD card I paid for. now they are trying to charge me $75 to get me one..beware they are money hungry here .youre prints will never be right..I will post evidence soon. read more

Nonsensical policy. In order to to get a print on your t-shirt they require you to get 6 or more shirts done. I wanted to get 3-4 shirts done and they refused my service. Don't waste your time here, there are other shops in the area with better service. read more

Sometimes I need special one off printing for work. I found this place on yelp, and it happened to be close to me, so I said what the heck! I brought them a label I needed copied. The sample I had was ugly and tattered. They were able to reproduce it to a passable level. If I gave them more time I'm sure they could have gotten it exact. As with all things in my line of work, it's always a rush. Let's put it like this.... the quick one they were able to do for me is so good, I don't care about getting an exact copy made. They really accommodate me with the quick turn around times I need. I'm now bringing them labels in advance so they can make me some of the more complex ones. Their posted hours are until 5, so why are you not here at 4:28pm???They don't have a functioning website, and don't bother with the prices they give you because they aren't the same as your actual quote will be. read more
