If you live in/near Riverside and you need...pretty much anything, come here! I stopped in today after needing access to a printer to print (duh) out a rather large quantity of documents (80) for my older (who was unable to do so himself due to being at work). I was greeting with a warm welcome by a lady behind the counter. After I told her that I needed to have e-mails forwarded to PIP to be printed, she handed me Tom's business card and said to send the e-mails to him (she would have fully helped me herself but I walked in as her shift was ending). As I was trying to take care of everything via my phone, I glanced at the computer at the door and noticed a sign next to it that read "Computer retails $20/hr". I had a feeling that if I needed to use the computer, I'd most likely be there for more than a hour and not wanting to spend upwards of $40, I crossed my fingers that I'd be able to just forward the e-mails, print 'em out, and be outta there. Nope. I needed the computer to take care of everything. I walked up to the counter and Tom greeted me with another warm welcome and asked if there was anything he could do to assist me. I let him know that I would in fact be needing to use the computer to which he quickly walked over and got me all set up. All and all, I sat at that computer for almost two hours (even longer story) which, as I feared, would mean that I'd most likely be paying about $40 on top of however much all the pages I had printed would cost me (I over heard another costumer talking with an employee that it would be 90 cents per page...and I had A LOT) I have a feeling that it wasn't just today that Tom was in a good mood because my total with the 80 black and white pages, almost two hours time using their computer/internet, and two color photo copies came out to EIGHTEEN DOLLARS!!! I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Tom especially as well as the rest of the staff at PIP Printing in Riverside. The mangers here are SO incredible. I called and got an estimate for a poster I needed to get printed. I was told by KINKO'S, it would take 48 hours and I was on a time crunch. So I googled and found PIP locally instead. Melissa mentioned she could have it done in a day. I emailed over the PDF file immediately. I didn't get a call back saying it was ready, but around 6:05p on a FRIDAY I realized I needed my poster to take with me the next day. I called even though it was technically closed and someone answered the phone. Thankfully, the manager said he would re-print it and would wait for me to come and get it. I drove there as fast as I could and turns out they had it ready but, either didn't call me back to say it was done or I was suppose to follow-up. Either way, they had it all ready for me and packaged up in a tube. I am just happy with the fact they were able to service me after closing hours and with a smile none the less!!
