My husband and I bought a dog from there was told it was a poodle. Turns out it is a Labradoodle not what we paid our money for did not have a good experience. Overall, there was a miscommunication between breeders cause we were coming to buy a different dog (the dog we originally were going to get was beagle) and then once they realize they messed up, offered us the "poodle" will be telling everyone i know to never buy from them, they do not take there dogs back like most breeders do over all worst experience EVER!! along with all the other problems she was extremely skinny, and had severe liquid stool with blood she said they are do not have health problems at that point i knew she was lying bc they have ear problems she came with matted hair and her ears were so nasty and full of hair wax she smelled so horrible and was throwing up a ton. not only was there a "miscommunication" like i had previously said they wouldnt sell us the beagle bc someone who either lived there or worked there was begging her for the dog. she begged us to take the "poodle" gave me a whole sob story, im very big on doing research on a dog before u get it i did research for a beagle not a "poodle" DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PUPPY MILL was also told that she was akc registered come to find out she was never registered. please do not buy from there they do not breed there own dogs they get them from other puppy mills, they keep them in a barn with pine bedding (which is why she smelled so bad) it took WEEKS to get rid of the smell she was extremely thirsty also while she was showing the dog she had us in an area where the dog could easily run into the road bc the gate was not closed the only reason i got her was because i felt horrible for her this place should honestly either be shut down or under investigation for trying to sell dogs that arent what they say they are. read more

I got from them a 10 weeks old Australian Shepherd, I called them on Saturday because I was on vacation in Orlando from Puerto Rico and I my flight was the next day, they were able to greet me on Sunday morning, so I could see the puppies before going home. From the first moment that I started talking to Elizabeth she was very kind and helpful. She described all the process through the phone and offer a FaceTime call so I could see the puppies before getting there on Sunday. Sunday morning I arrived at 9am and they showed me all the aussies available. I chose my puppy and then she showed me all the paper work that included the breeder name, the state from where the puppy came from, vet docs and the contract. Since i had my flight booked and couldn't take the dog with me that day because Jet Blue doesn't accept pets traveling in the cabin under 12 weeks old, so we schedule the delivery of the puppy through delta cargo for the next Tuesday with the help of Patricia, her sister in law, who works in delta cargo. On Tuesday, Patricia called me and told me they won't be able to ship the puppy because it was to hot in Puerto Rico, the temperature has to be under 80 degrees. They gave a refund of the shipping cost. I was decided to get my puppy so I call different airlines and I found a flight with Frontier for the next Saturday round way, I scheduled with Patricia the delivery of the puppy to MCO. Now I have the puppy with me in Puerto Rico and I am very happy with the service, communication and kindness of QPUSA, I would definitely get another puppy from them in the future. I had been looking for a reputable dog breeder for some time and stumbled across Quality Puppies USA. The short: inexpensive puppies, but these people are puppy flippers that get their dogs on the cheap from unidentified breeders out of state and sell for more in FL. You don't get to meet the breeder or parent dogs. And you don't get to see the conditions which the pups grew up in...all of which are super important when selecting a dog. Also their website "guarantees" like the "no puppy mill guarantee" are not validated substantially...so it's a (big) gamble. The long: I first saw an ad for a puppy from these folks on Craigslist (admittedly not the best place to find quality dog breeders). I called about the dog and Elizabeth greeted me very kindly. She seemed to be knowledgeable about the ins and outs of owning a pet, which was reassuring. But upon further inquiry, she answered questions regarding the specifics of my prospective dog's origin (where it was born, breeder details, early life conditions, puppy socialization, puppy's parents, etc) very vaguely. She did mention that the puppies came from Alabama...and were brought to Florida because the demand is higher. Red flag #1. Are there not enough people wanting adorable puppies in Alabama? She proceeded to tell me about the dog's thorough veterinary care, which is reassuring to a potential customer, but she really wasn't able to provide the detail I wanted about the dogs parents and the breeder. She seemed to skirt around these issues somewhat, albeit kindly and politely. I was told that they were a unique "puppy placement service" and had a website, Qualitypuppiesusa.com. The website is a less professional and oddly reminiscent version of puppyspot.com, another "puppy placement" brokerage company that overcharges about 200% for their dogs (and has a pretty shady reputation among reputable, responsible dog breeders). But the unbeatable cost for the puppy ($750 for a breed of puppy that usually rehomes for $1200-2500) lured me in. It was almost too good to be true...so I decided to go meet the puppy and investigate the situation further. I arrived at the address I was given which was a house. I approached a garage-like area with a couple dog pens and crates with puppies of a few different breeds. Despite Elizabeth's nice demeanor, the multiple puppy breeds + business-running-out-of-a-garage environment made it seem like I was walking into something sketchy/scammy. Red flag #2. I wasn't allowed to place the puppy down somewhere to play with him. So...you're telling me I can't play with my puppy before I commit to paying for him? Hmmmm??? Red flag #3. Again, Elizabeth was kind and quick to show me the vet paperwork but unable to answer my inquiries regarding the dog's origin. The dog was adorable, but with no information regarding the breeder or evidence of good parental health/longevity, a shady operating environment, and a sketchy/vague description of how all these dogs were acquired from distant states, I had to walk away. Of course it is hard to walk away from adorable fuzzy furballs. Especially when the up front cost is about half of the average cost for this kind of dog. But with the epidemic of puppy mills in the US (just Google puppy mills if you're not sure what this means) the places, owners, and conditions the dogs at "quality puppies USA" come from are all too questionable. Where is the proof of quality? Despite the "no puppy mill guarantee," there was no effort to substantiate this promise. As far as I'm concerned, it's an empty promise. How can you know that your dog isn't coming from a puppy mill (especially if it was brought in from Alabama or Louisiana or South Carolina) if you are given zero information about the breeder? They also have a "health guarantee." Seems promising, right? The pup has been recently checked by a vet, vaccinated, and certified to be healthy. That may be true for NOW, but what about the slough of genetic medical conditions that frequently arise later on, often a few years down the line (which can never be 100% eliminated but can certainly be diminished by responsible breeding)? Their health guarantee holds little value compared to the comprehensive policies offered by reputable breeders. 2 stars for the kind demeanor with customers and low cost. But overall sketchy business model as discussed. Do yourself a favor and pass on this puppy flipping agency. Go with a reputable breeder--it's a decision that will hopefully last you 10-14 years, and it will be well worth it. read more

We have to disagree with Ann and Estebar with their 1-2 star rating. We were able to play and hold puppies, we were able to call the breeder and speak to them directly about each puppy. We took them to our vet and both got rave reviews for the health and quality of the puppy! The owners of this business actually work directly with legitimate breeders NOT puppy mills! They go to each individual breeder and make sure their breeding facilities are clean and healthy before doing any business with them! No they are not AKC show puppies (which means they have to be absolutely perfect in every way), they are CKC quality which is the certification right under that and way way way above any pet store puppy! We have purchased two puppies from them. An Australian Shepard and a Poochon. Both extremely healthy according to our vet he was impressed with the health of both of our boys! Our Ausie ( Lil Bear) is 1.5 years old now and so much fun a gentle sweet caring boy who is now adjusting to having a puppy to play with Poochon (Theodore Roosevelt the II calling him Teddy for short). They are great together. Dining business with quality pets has been a pure pleasure they are so caring and easy to work with!! Drove 2 1/2 hours picked up in driveway ( which was strange to me) got the speech how they find breeders that only breed in they're homes and give Heartworm meds and are flea/ tick clean. Okay get on the road received phone call other littermates tested positive for Coccidia and parasites great because I was traveling. Buyer Beware. I've owned dogs all my life and this was my first experience with a puppy broker(whatever that is?). I believe, in my first and only conversation with owner Elizabeth, I asked too many inquiring questions. My radar was up because of the incredibly low prices. A litter of 9 Goldendoodles were coming into their facility in 2 days and at $950. my interest peeked. This breed normally sells for $1500.-3500. Supposedly they deal with backyard breeders, not puppy mills, and thoroughly check these breeders and their facilities. They give you few specifics on these breeders so you're more or less on the honor system. The pups pictures were posted on their website Saturday. I immediately called Elizabeth with questions regarding the 2 pups I was interested in. I attempted phone calls and texts but never received a response. On Sunday I returned to their website and saw that the two pups I inquired about were gone along with 4 others. Wow, great sales tactic especially since they are closed Saturday and Sunday according to their website. Elizabeth finally texted me back on Sunday morning saying they had a messaging glitch and she'd get back to me after her bible study. Never heard from her. Guess customer service is not their big selling point. I consider myself an educated consumer. Dogs are a long term commitment and expensive. Buy from a reputable breeder who is more then willing to answer any questions about their puppies and their lineage. In most cases you can see at least one of the parents and see the conditions they live in. Most importantly people who breed responsibility love and take pride in their dogs. Never would they give up these pups to people whose only concern was the almighty $$$$. Again, a reputable breeder tries to place their pup in a likewise reputable home. Health wise the guarantee from a reputable breeder covers much more then just a health certificate. Given a specific time frame your money will be refunded or the pup will be replaced if health issues arise. Buying the puppy is the fun part. Caring for the puppy is both challenging and expensive so be aware and be smart. If it sounds too good to be true it usually is. My dogs are family and loved with all my heart. Update: The owner did contact me after I posted the review. She apologized for the miscommunication and explained that she had gotten a new phone right after we adopted our puppy. She said that she hadn't received my voicemail on the business line and that some of them get lost due to receiving several calls per day on that line. I believe she also mentioned that my email went into a different box (maybe the junk mail) so she never saw it. She assured me that we were not intentionally being ignored and that she did not only reach out to me because of the review and that it was purely just a gap in communication. We were looking at Golden Doodles, as we had lost the most precious dog that we had ever had the joy of sharing our lives with. We had gone to breeders in South Florida and were really getting depressed. The first breeder that we went to had 40 puppies, with three lactating females, in a small tract house with no yard. My wife started crying at the conditions and mass marketing. When you understand that the typical prices for the Doodle are between $1500.00 and $4000.00, it is easy to understand the draw to puppy mills. We were not going to complain to the state about the profusion of unethical breeders, but we were not going to contribute either. After visiting several breeders we found Quality Puppies USA and contacted them. We were a little bit put off, as we did not get call backs for our inquiries. Although we understand now, that they get so many calls and texts on a daily basis for their pets, it is impossible to answer each one. It turns out they are brokers for ethical breeders and deal with many breeds. They are also very busy. Their prices are also very reasonable. Once we had an appointment to choose our puppy, Elizabeth brought us the available puppies. The puppies are not allowed on the ground and are handed to you on a protected surface, so that they don't get contaminated with something brought into the area on your shoes. They are very concerned for the health of their puppies. We arrived home with a very healthy puppy. We took him to our vet within 48 hours, which is recommended by the State of Florida. We personally would rather wait until the puppy is older than 8 weeks old, maybe 10 weeks old, as the puppy had had his booster from them just a few days earlier. Our vet gave us Sentinel for the pup and he had a very bad reaction to it. Our vet then prescribed an antibiotic and probiotics to help with the bad reaction. Shortly after that our puppy must have eaten something bad in our yard, even though we were with him at all times and being very diligent in our care. Whatever made him sick, he became very, very ill, he had terrible diarrhea, some of which even had blood in it. We made chicken and rice to help with the diarrhea, he ate it happily but couldn't keep it down. He was vomiting and had the runs. We were freaking out. We called Jay and Elizabeth at 11pm and they asked us to keep in touch with any concerns. We were calling them on and off for a few hours and then at 2am we we packed up our sweet puppy and drove for 4 hours to get near them and checked into a hotel, planning on meeting later in the morning. Jay took us directly to his vet. Their care was the most professional that we have ever experienced. They came outside to take swabs from our puppy so that he was not subjected to anything from another sick animal or vice versa. It turned out that he had to have eaten a dead lizard or something and had gotten a tremendous infection from whatever it was that he had eaten. His white blood cell count was 42,000, normal is around 6000. He would have died if we weren't at a vet with a lab on premises to give us immediate blood count. (thanks again to Jay) The vet gave him an intravenous feeding and asked us to leave him hospitalized for 3 days. Jay suggested that we purchase the necessary medications and that he personally would administer them and keep him in their home. It took one day for him to get our boy well and we gratefully picked him up and drove him home. He has fully recovered and is a happy healthy puppy! This is a long review, but we can't say enough good things about Elizabeth and Jay. They are very honorable and caring in these times. They truly went above and beyond in their efforts to help us. We are SO VERY GRATEFUL TO THEM. read more
