We were told by Kal tire /YYC Edmonton Trail- that our job was going to cost $1400 ( originally went in for an alignment ....and they proceeded to list off more work to be done including that we required ball joints that had been replaced less than a month ago ! ) After thoroughly explaining and physically showing to us what the problems were, everything was fixed fast and efficiently, and we were out of there in less time than it took for us to sit in Kal Tires' waiting room! ...(& for KalTire to be rude and try to overcharge us by over $1000.00!) I am urging EVERYONE to never ever ever bring their car's here, this place is total scum. I was completely taken for a ride on an alignment and the car came out performing worse then before I took it in! I got them to redo the alignment and it was just as bad! They have no idea what they are doing and the owner is a complete prick and absolutely useless. All he could do was get angry back at me and tell me "You can't be pleased" They ruined my car for the time being as it was fine before I took it to them. I finally took it back to Volkswagen dealer where the alignment was performed PROPERLY and my car has never run better. I am doing my best to tell everyone I know to never go to this place, they should be shut down and thrown in jail. read more
