John and his helper drained my old water heater and repiped the hot and cold lines from my kitchen sink to a back utility bathroom which is where my water heater was housed about 6-8 feet away approximately. I noticed that after the water heater was changed to a tankless water heater it drastically changed not only my water pressure, the temperature as well, leaving me with no hot water in my kitchen sink and my water pressure in my utility bathroom's sink went from on a scale of 1-10 in pressure..it went from a 8 to now its a 1 on a good day. John was unwilling to hear, listen, understand and be accountable for any of the challenges he helped create. Highly incompetent

When it doesn't work and you call another plumber that saw his work and told me how he could correct the job. You call him and he said he would come the next day. He doesn't show up and you leave him a voice message and there is no return call. Therefore, you go to his house and he said, I forgot, I'll come over now. 45 minutes later and leaves a nasty voice message that he is ever coming over.
