I flip houses on the side and although I am 3 hours north, (lake county indiana) I drive three hours to pick up the counter tops from Osborn's. As you are reading this you may think this sounds crazy. this is why I drive three hours. I deal with flooring stores from Cincinnati to Minneapolis and by far Osborn's is one of the best when it comes purchasing. They have perfected purchasing high quantities of higher quality flooring for really low and below market prices. When they turn around and resell the flooring they do not mark it up to what they could get. I see them sell flooring for a fraction of what the same flooring would sell in Chicago or Indianapolis. Literately the same hardwood priced at 5.50 per ft I know that sells in stores for 8.50 per ft. I even have their counter tops in my lake house. I will get pictures attached eventually.

They said something about a broken part. Monday morning someone else called and said they will be here between 12-2. They even called back and confirmed they would be here. No mention of a broken part. We tore out our old countertops and sink, making our kitchen unusable. At 1:45 we get a call of a cut arm and since this person drives the truck they can't show up. This place does not communicate the lies they tell the client. Mind you a customer who has paid. You don't think people know you are lying, but they do. I'm a caregiver for my severely disabled son and infant granddaughter. I have to have a working kitchen. I don't care if you can't come until two weeks. But you don't tell a customer you are coming if you are not. If they don't show up tomorrow we will cancel. So I hope to be able to up my rating. Stay tuned.
