Bought a tv from Amazon and purchased a 4 year warranty. filed a claim for repair. Quality TV Martinsville IN was assigned to claim and accepted. was informed by owner Brian, doubt I can fix it, don't have parts, not a good tv but did say they would be out and attempt to repair. Daily given different story of when they could come. Daily story Changed or was No show no call. Asked for concrete date and time as I could not sit home all day every day waiting. Brian said I told you we would call when we are on way. but that changes daily and then he says"tentatively coming tomorrow". Asked what does tentatively mean? Sounds like his menions are not coming by his words and actions. I said I cannot sit at home all day every day waiting. I have a job and life and all I want is concrete date and time. Brian said I can't tell you that. I said you are jerking me around and that's bad business, I am going back to warranty co and to Amazon to file a complaint. Brian said you do that b...... we are not coming. contacted Amazon and Assurion warranty and filed a complaint. All I want is a tv to watch folks. A dead tv with a 4 year warranty. is that too much to ask? read more

I recently bought an 85 inch 8k TV that immediately required warranty work for a bad speaker rattle (on a $5,000 TV!). From the moment Quality TV received the assignment, the owner immediately contacted me, diagnosed the problem and the additional repairs needed, and assured me the problem would be resolved to my satisfaction. He did not disappoint! He sent a crew of two experienced technicians out that quickly repaired the damage, performed the necessary warranty work, and diligently performed sound tests to isolate all of the rattling caused by the manufacturer's design defects. This crew was highly professional and did not leave until they tracked down and fixed all of the sources of rattling in this TV.
