We had a lady calling us yelling at my son saying he is over drafted and frauding when we have not even used acct. . We went in there the lady was so rude like it was our fault. We get a call this morning asking for more paperwork we have already supplied. They call back with attitude that they found it. Now asking for 2 year work history for a 20 year old. lol. They are very unorganized and quit frankly just incompetent. Never admit their fault or even apologized. Said i was rude. Well when u still can't show where our money is. Anyone would be upset.
