The exchange that followed was not pleasant and when I noted this to the rep, the response was "that's how you are taking it" which lead me to want to speak with the manager to complete my reasoning for coming in. In the future, if someone is asking that question, what I would have preferred is for them to simply say: "to speak with a loan officer, an appointment is needed. Can I make you an appointment?" I would have made my appointment and came back at the time set. Hope my future interactions with logix reps will be different as this is the location that I would like to go into if ever needed. The three stars is solely for the kind manager that answered my questions and was willing to help following my first interaction.
