They are very busy during tax time of year so make your appointment ASAP. We've not had an issue getting on the schedule though because they take appointments late into the evening. What I like most about Wlos is that you aren't on the phone answering a bunch of questions to a computer for 20 minutes before talking to a human. You are directed immediately to a human. I have always used them for my insurance. There was only a two-year period when I switched to a big insurance company that has a cute mascot, and I quickly realized that was the wrong move and went back to Wlos Insurance. Wlos truly cares about their customers.
