I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!! I had been a customer…read moreof Karen Butterson's Allstate agency in the past. When she left I was automatically assigned to a different agent. Earlier this week I was cold-called by a woman named Lori who, in a voice- mail, stated that Karen had opened an independent agency and they wanted to give me a quote. She (practically) assured me they would save me "hundreds of dollars compared to Allstate". I called back to get my auto and homeowners insurance quotes. The biggest issue is that the auto quote that was sent to me was not mine! I am sure that the woman named "Gwendolyn" would not be happy knowing that I was given her name, address, phone number, email address and car's VIN number! I am terrified to think about who may have gotten my sensitive information! Next... the person who called me (Lori) alternately asked for my patience because she was training.... and told me that I can be confident with her because she had 25 years of experience. Huh??? I was repeatedly called for more and more information using different phone numbers from differing areas in WNY. The person I spoke with (Lori) has never met me, and yet I was addressed as Jo, Jode, and Hon. And, she repeatedly commented on how beautiful and expensive my house is.... and how I must be doing very well. Neither professional nor appreciated! And, to add insult to injury, the insurance quote I received for my homeowners insurance was several hundred dollars more than I am currently paying (for identical coverage with a larger deductible). I am not sure how much my auto insurance would be since I received Gwendolyn's quote instead of mine. I'm still wondering (and terrified about!) who received mine. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I've driven by before and always wondered what was in there. They had everything from travel supplies, luggage, and plenty of agents to help you book a vacation or get a membership. I even noticed they had charging stations for electric vehicles outside which would be great to know since I recently got an electric car. Anyways, back to the photo. I walked in, was greeted by an agent and she took me over to grab my mugshot. They printed it out and gave me a couple of copies. The whole thing only cost around $15, which is what it costs at the post office too. I think I will definitely be back to check out the stuff they have inside because I saw some great luggage and items for a couple of trips I have planned coming up.

My wife and I stopped in today to Gregory Ryan's office to change over our address since we…read morerecently moved to Buffalo. While we were waiting, there were 2 other customers ahead of us. There was one waiting, and the other was being helped. The man at the desk had trouble understanding what the woman was saying (Joyce I think her name was). When he understood what she had said, and left the office, the next customer went to her desk and made racist comments about him "going back where he came from." He repeated himself clarifying that he "should go back to wherever he came from and never come back." I was shocked to see the woman nod. I thought perhaps that she wanted to simply acknowledge that she had heard him, and wanted to move on. However, after they finished their business, they struck up a 10 minute personal conversation while my wife and I waited. The woman's nodding now seems to be an agreement to his racism. Combined with making customer's wait while they chatted about personal friend issues, is beyond unprofessional and rude. We have been customers of State Farm for almost 20 years, and I will say I will NEVER do business with someone who employs such ignorant people. My wife and I will do business with a different agent!

Funds were just automatically drawn from our checking account. After speaking with customer service I was told this was because All State experienced too many claims in NYS and needed funds to supplement their losses. That is absolutely unconscionable and I am dropping All State as a carrier. As an Agent, Joseph never once reached out to us to discuss coverages or updating our policy for life changes, etc. I'm not sure what he does day in and day out but advocating on behalf on his clients isn't a concern at all for him. Stay away from All State and this Agent!
