So I came on quantum Towing page today to write a review about this company and saw a review from this Marc C so he is talking about a tow that this company did on 4/28/24 that do not use this company. He is a fraud I've used quantum towing many times to tow my car recently I had an accident with my car and he came out and picked my car up, and had no problems. I think that this gentleman that wrote this review didn't even have his vehicle towed by quantum towing. He said that he put the car inside. He has no place to put a car inside. He has a fenced in a lot when my adjuster came out to look at my car, he was there and had no problems waiting for him or showing up, he did the job and was paid accordingly. When he got to the scene there was debris on the road. He went to his truck. He pulled out his broom, and he swept it off to the side of the road if there was any big pieces of the vehicle he picked them up and put them inside my car , so I have no idea why this gentleman would write a review about this company I think of anybody that is a fraud is this gentleman and I would give quantum Towing thumbs up and we recommend him to everybody read more

I was traveling from Monroe North Carolina to Greensboro North Carolina when I hit a deer I called my insurance company they said they were going to send a tow truck company everyone that called me said they were 5 to 6 hours away I took it upon myself to find my own company at 2:00 a.m. I was not sitting there for 6 hours. I called quantum and just like a quantum leap he was there in 45 minutes. His name was Neil he came to my rescue like a superhero that's right I said superhero. I want you to close your eyes and imagine a dark Two lane highway at 2 am tractor trailers whizzing by me at 70 80 mph and then a tap at my driver side window. That's right he showed up loaded my car with care towed my car and me (in the tow truck of course) back to Monroe. He took my vehicle to a great repair shop and even called me a few days later to see how I made out. I know he was just doing his job but to me he was the superhero that rescued me from the side of 77 at 3:00 a.m. going forward I will never call my insurance company again for a tow I will call quantum towing directly and ask for Neil. read more

Neal is an outstanding and down to earth guy! My inlaws were traveling from GA to VA and their car broke down on the highway, after attempting to call 3 tow companies and 1 showing up saying they couldn't get the job done because they would impede traffic, Neal came to the rescue. I explained to him what happened and in less than an hour he was there to take care of business. Loaded the car with no issues, took a pit stop to let them use the restroom after sitting in the sun for 3 hours, dropped them off at the rental place to pick up a car and then dropped it off at the shop!! What a class act and a true gentleman/businessman.. mind you all this happened on a Saturday around 5 in the afternoon with no notice!! Thank you Neal! My car and was in an accident and I could no longer drive it so I called my insurance company and they dispatched Quantum Towing. The ins. co. said the wait time could be an hour and 30 mins. but Neil and his tow truck showed up in less than 45 mins. I was extremely happy about this as it was late at night and I was by myself. Neil was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and had my car ready to go in no time. He was also very easy to contact over the next couple of days while my car was at the towing storage facility. Best tow service I have had to date. Highly recommended. read more

Neal was a lifesaver! My wife's car overheated in Charlotte (1.5 hours out of town for me). She called AAA at 1:20pm and by 3:30 they hadn't even found a flatbed truck to start sending. Neal had other things to do (it's busy out there!) and said it might be a little while. When I told him where she was, he said it was one of the worst parts of town and he couldn't leave here there. He dropped what he was doing to pick her up and tow her to a mechanic in time before they closed. Cannot recommend Quantum enough! Way above and beyond. read more

Just - WOW! Neil is what's missing in today's world - a reliable, honest, and trustworthy businessman. I recently had an emergency where my son was stranded, and after 4 hours waiting for another tow company I called Neil. I was very pleased with the service I received from Quantum wrecker service. The owner/ operator was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing and was actually a little ahead of schedule which was great for me. Plus the cost was better than I expected for a Saturday morning and I didn't call him until mid morning and he was completed before noon. Neil is a lifesaver!! My husband was out of town and my car wouldn't start. I got Neil's number from Metro Honda and he immediately picked up. He kept in contact on the way back to town and to my house. Neil check my car battery and confirmed I needed a new battery. He went the extra mile and called Auto Zone to tell them I was on the way. So after reviewing some reviews on quantum towing Page there is one review that a gentleman is saying that as a tow truck driver he should know better to cut people off what does that have to do with TOWING nothing I have used quantum towing before in the past and never had any trouble with this gentleman he goes above and beyond for all his customers is always there so if you listen to this bogus persons review it is a joke read more

Neil is one heck of a gentleman and extremely careful when handling customers cars. He is always available and seems to be waiting for my call whenever I need his service. When I built a Cobra kit car and needed to get it to the paint shop, he took special care of my "precious cargo". We just picked up another car today and he spen extra time at a very fair price. These guys are amazing. By spare tire messed up on me on new years night at like 8 pm and a guy in a tow truck and asked if I needed help, and I said yea my spare tire messed up and he took my original tire that had a hole in it and fixes it up for me.
