David, the tow truck operator checked in with me twice by phone, arrived earlier than the initial feedback info from the appointment webpage. Very professional, personable, and knowledgeable, plus David's red tow truck was spotless... ! David diagnosed the issue and is going to pass that information on to the mechanic shop... To start off we wrecked our wehicle on 205! Tim was the driver that was on the rotation call! When he got to the sight, we were trying to decide to where the truck was going to go, and then Tim was like "i don't have fu****g time to sit around here all night" we decided where the vehicle was going to go, he then said "I'll just take it to my shop" we said no, we have a place for you to take it to! (Note this discussion took us no more then 5 minutes) He then said "okay the price will be 185." After that happened we get to the house he proceeds to look at the home owner and truck owner and say "y'all said 10 min to get here, More like 1 hour Bc y'all drove too slow are y'all scared to drive in the rain" tonges we're bit in that situation, then the home owner walked into the home to get the cash! Tim got upset and said " where did that guy go? why don't you have cash you are the truck driver why the fu*k don't you have the god da*m money" then the cash was brought down to Tim, he hasn't unloaded the truck yet, but the truck bed had been angled down! The home owner asked "can i have your bosses number" because tim didn't have his receipt book! Tim started yelling saying " I don't have fu****g time for this" and started to throw his chain around! He hit the truck driver with the chain. And Tim said "I'm taking this f*****g truck with me" then the truck driver said "you are not taking my damn truck over my dead body" it kept going on. Then he finally said "okay the total is 200" after he said 185 before! He finally left after dropping the truck. This whole situation was uncalled for, when all we wanted was a tow, and to get our truck home! This company also works with AAA i don't believe that AAA would like to be represented by this truck driver, and i don't believe that the company would want to be represented by this truck driver also! This was the most unprofessional service I've ever had in my life! If you ever hear that stegalls is comming to get your vehicle i recommend you deny that service on the rotation call! Not to mention, the owner of the tow company called the hole owner a liar and wouldn't even let the story be told! He only heard Tim's side! read more
