While using the bathroom, I was notified they were out of toilet paper. I went up to the clerk and said "Hi, I'm sorry to bother you but you're out of toilet paper." He just says "No". I said, are you out of it? And he just shook his head yes. I asked if he had a napkin and he told me to go buy them. As I was shocked, I asked if he really just said if I had to buy them. He then said, "what else you want me to do?" I said I would like you to provide sanitary service and allow us to be able to use your restroom. As we were leaving, someone had choice words with him. I came in to protect them as he was berating and screaming at her. I told him I was calling the cops and his corporate office, and he said he didn't fucking care, we didn't buy anything we have no rights. I told him as humans, we have the right to treated respectfully and kindly. He had no idea that we were going to purchase items AND gas, we just needed to use the restroom first. To assume that we weren't and to treat us that way is ridiculous, no wonder this place looks so cheaply ran.

This place seems to get considerable ire. No gas station, that serves chicken, will be perfect each…read morevisit. The chicken and its an opinion, used to seem better quality. Prices are up for inflation, who knows if or when that happens. The convenience store is quite good. If you want low prices, for gasoline this should work. They have lots of pumps, with considerable range. Nice employees that take the time, to make sure good offers are accurate. Decent clean restrooms . This isn't a must stop location, but it's works for these quick meal experiences. Pretty area also.

They have a warmer with pre-made breakfast sandwiches. You can also order breakfast sandwiches (and other sandwiches) - custom made to go. Custom food orders are placed on a digital kiosk. I ordered two Bacon, Egg, & Cheese sandwiches - with extra bacon and cheese; one Sausage, Egg, & Cheese sandwich - with extra cheese, and a hash brown. I got the food to go. As I was heading down the road eating, I discovered they totally botched my order: - 1 Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit had no cheese at all - 1 Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit had one slice of cheese - The Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit had one slice of cheese - The Hash Brown was terrible. It had an odd texture to it. When my food was ready, they handed me a pile of pre-wrapped food - with no bag. When I asked for a bag - I was told to go over to one of the self-checkout stations to get a bag. Great customer service experience. NOT. You'll have a much better custom breakfast sammich experience at the Sheetz across the street. #RoyalFarms

I was going to write a poor review of this store, but I have changed my mind. I had a…read moremisunderstanding with the manager. He thought since I had misplaced my ID (which I have found!) I was an unlicensed driver and then jumped to laughably wild conclusions. After some thought I realized that although his assumptions were inappropriate and outlandish (which I attribute to an inadequate understanding of the law and perhaps cultural differences) his intentions were honorable. His reactions were silly but he is not silly. I appreciate his caring for our community. So five stars for this store and a five stars for a great manager and gentleman. I'm happy he's a manager in my hometown. Thank you for looking after some of the people I love most.

Pump needed reset. Saw a lady in office but she would not offer any help, even to press a button. She just mouthed "WE ARE CLOSED". I suspect 6:00 pm was real closing, not 5:50. I had a card, just needed a reset. She was extremely rude and lazy. Just couldn't be bothered. If diesel was .10 cents a gallon, I wouldn't go back. When I tried to open the glass doors they were both locked. I smiled & politely asked "are you closed" The woman employee who was directly in front of me would NOT answer me. She pretended to not see or hear me. I asked three times! Each time I was polite! The other employee who was a man ignored me & their 3 friends ignored me. One of the friends did look directly at me & just smile. Not one of the people there had the decency to say "yes, we are closed" especially when the online hours say they're open until Midnight! This is so unprofessional & extremely rude! I won't spend another dime at Wi-Not Stop in Bealeton, VA again! I will gladly go across the street to 7-11 where the employees are extremely friendly!
