I ordered two Bacon, Egg, & Cheese sandwiches - with extra bacon and cheese; one Sausage, Egg, & Cheese sandwich - with extra cheese, and a hash brown. I got the food to go. As I was heading down the road eating, I discovered they totally botched my order: - 1 Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit had no cheese at all - 1 Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit had one slice of cheese - The Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit had one slice of cheese - The Hash Brown was terrible. It had an odd texture to it. When my food was ready, they handed me a pile of pre-wrapped food - with no bag. One of the friends did look directly at me & just smile. Not one of the people there had the decency to say "yes, we are closed" especially when the online hours say they're open until Midnight! I said, are you out of it? And he just shook his head yes. I asked if he had a napkin and he told me to go buy them. As I was shocked, I asked if he really just said if I had to buy them. He then said, "what else you want me to do?" I said I would like you to provide sanitary service and allow us to be able to use your restroom. As we were leaving, someone had choice words with him. I came in to protect them as he was berating and screaming at her. I told him I was calling the cops and his corporate office, and he said he didn't fucking care, we didn't buy anything we have no rights. I told him as humans, we have the right to treated respectfully and kindly. He had no idea that we were going to purchase items AND gas, we just needed to use the restroom first. To assume that we weren't and to treat us that way is ridiculous, no wonder this place looks so cheaply ran.

Pump needed reset. Saw a lady in office but she would not offer any help, even to press a button. She just mouthed "WE ARE CLOSED". I suspect 6:00 pm was real closing, not 5:50. I had a card, just needed a reset. She was extremely rude and lazy. Just couldn't be bothered. If diesel was .10 cents a gallon, I wouldn't go back. Sometimes I go to this pharmacy and it's unremarkable. But on 4 occasions in the 15 months since I…read moremoved to the area it has been extremely frustrating. Initially they failed to accept the transfer of my prescriptions from another location and so after filling here once I had to return again for months to the other location. After 3 or 4 months I just gave up. Then for no reason at all, they did start filling them in Bealeton - with no notice. Whatever. Also on two occasions they dragged their feet filling sick prescriptions - clearly something I needed right away. The first time they told me to come back at a certain time but an hour after that time they still weren't ready. Earlier today, having lost my voice at 4pm, when they acknowledged the sick scripts at 10:19am, they told me when I got to the window to drive around and get back in line because they weren't ready yet - just a few moments. So I asked to stay put if it would be just a few moments and they said it would be faster to go inside. I asked them to explain why that would be and they couldn't. So I went inside and had to wait in line all over again. I asked again how this was faster and they told me it's because their speaker wasn't working in the drive through and they couldn't hear my questions clearly. So, um, fix the speaker not give me the run around. Recommend do not use for urgent needs!
