For daycare, my puppy and I are welcomed with a big smile and a big hello to us both. When he is picked up, the staff tells us who he played with and how he did. They even are helping us train him to get comfortable in a kennel. During his boarding stay the staff went above and beyond to say the least. They gave him extra love when he would get nervous- they even put him in a thunder jacket to calm his worries. Amazing. We are so thankful. They took Christmas photos of him after a complementary bath which were adorable! They communicated so well (and fast) so that we were at ease being far away.
