This has to be the worst casino for winning. Spending $1,000 on one machine and not hitting doesn't happen. I've been to many casinos, and this has to be the worst; not one machine around me won. This is the fifth time I've been to this casino, and every time I spent $1,000 to $2,000 with no wins. These slot machine games are rigged. This time we stayed at the casino resort. The resort is terrible; the rooms need to be updated as they are like a Motel 6 - uncomfortable beds, rough sheets, and pillows that smell. Two outlets weren't working, the makeup mirror was hanging off the wall, and the alarm charger doesn't charge quickly enough. It takes 11 hours to charge my iPhone. The A/C sounds like a rocket about to take off; it's so loud and hard to sleep. The TVs are old, not smart TVs. As I mentioned, this place needs to be updated. The pool area was not fully functional. There's no refill on soda when you purchase a fountain drink, and no free drinks while playing. Like I said, this has to be the worst casino I've been to. The only good thing was the lady at check-in, Harley; she was very polite and professional.

    Old damaged furniture

I shared in detail our experience with the hotel in hopes of improvement but if you have a choice, I wouldn't waste your hard earned money on this hotel. The staff lacks of proper training and manners, their computer system seems very slow or too complicated for them to do anything in a timely manner. The Pool view King Suite at $185/night had awful smell, lots of stains everywhere, the wood furniture was heavily damaged, falling apart, missing hardware, the leather chairs terribly worn and scratched, the windows so caked you couldn't see out. The food was mediocre at best (except for the breakfast buffet, the selection and the freshly made omelette was great).

95 breakfast buffet at Ocotillos which BTW was awesome if just for the shredded beef tacos, chilaquiles, and bread pudding.

We were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in to our room very early, and we also arranged a late checkout, which really helped us make the most of our quick trip (we were in town just for the day to go tubing on the river). The front desk staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly--when I had an issue with my reservation missing my Hilton number one of the team members helped me quickly and professionally. Breakfast in the morning was freshly made and tasty--just what we needed before heading out. Overall, excellent service across the board and a very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Bit noisy at times. No airport shuttle. Breakfast isn't much and you have to pay for it ($12.95 cold continental). Happy hour at smallish hotel bar 5-7pm gets you a $5 draft. They do have snack items available 24 hours. And Old Town is within modest walking distance, and the convention center is across the parking lot. Antique train nextdoor. Oh- the blackout curtains will close, but are not easy to find (they are behind the scrims.) Just be sure to check the hotel's icemakers... some of them need a good cleaning out. (Ew!) I'd come back, but there are also other good hotels around that are similar value & a little more updated.

Incredibly nice and accommodating front desk staff on phone and in person. Tv wasn't working so called front desk and maintenance was at room within minute's and fixed it. Nice grounds and pool area. i noticed the rug was a little ragged at edge by bathroom. Sitting on the couch I realized it felt a little 'used'. The rest of the room was clean and showed pride of maid staff. HVAc was a little loud for my liking. We left for an evening event and left ac on 'sleep mode' and returned with a particular musty smell upon entering. The noisy HVAAC was too loud to make a restful sleep so I turned off while sleeping. Glad the fan was there as it kept us fairly comfortable with the night temperature around 70. Refrigerator kept turning on and off making noise throughout the night. Couldn't turn it off because son had insulin in there. The breakfast provided in the am was quite adequate. The usuals I personally liked like malt waffles, eggs, yogurt and sausages. They also had hard boiled eggs, pastries bread assortment cereal. The eating area was very clean and kept up nicely by the one person staff there. It would have been hard for me to stay more than one evening here as that's all we needed to stay for our event.

The room itself was clean and cozy, and overall we slept really well. I did take a couple stars off because we ran into a few hiccups: the mosquitoes were out in full force when we hung out at the pool, the Jacuzzi wouldn't heat back up properly after our dip, and the AC in our suite was only working well in the back room. The front room never really got cold. Still, even with those issues, it was a nice stay. It was comfortable, quiet, and a solid spot for a good night's rest.

Hotel offers complimentary breakfast, hotel shuttle to/from Yuma airport, free parking, and close to highway 8. Customer service at the front desk was excellent. I flew into Yuma airport and because many military personnel was flying in for a training with all their bags, several non military passengers didn't get our bags on the flight. I informed the front desk that my bag was delayed and didn't know when I will get it and if it was delivered and I'm out, could they just accept the delivery. The front desk said yes and they would keep it at the front desk until I get back. I was relieved to hear that cause I was only visiting for 3 days and wanted to spend as much time with my niece and her family who live in Yuma and not have to worry I needed to be back to get my luggage. When I booked my room I requested a room away from the elevator. Didn't think the hotel review the request but they did and I was given a room away from the elevator. My room faced the farms. It was really nice to wake up every morning to see some greenery. Breakfast was very basic. After day one, I never went back. My room was clean. Bed and pillows were nice and soft. I read a review about the a/c system turning off when no one was in the room. This was what I experienced as well but I didn't mind cause it didn't take long for the room to cool down once I'm back in the room. The a/c unit by the window is loud when it turned on. I got used to it after day 1 but wish it would not be so loud. There are not many restaurants near the hotel. You'll need to Uber/Lyft if you want options for food. The hotel shuttle will take you within 3 mile. The shuttle will take you to downtown Yuma as well. Would definitely stay here again whenever I visit Yuma again.
