We were just told a water main broke so we have a little pressure tonight. Water being shut off tomorrow morning and service starting about noon. WHAT ??? now no water!!! When we were given our initial spot they were putting us in a place where there was a fire hydrant in the middle of it, obviously we weren't gonna fit and had to call emergency line to speak to someone to move us. He was great and we were given another spot. But... no cable!!! For the price we paid we won't be back. Its too bad the resort itself seems decent and the people in surrounding spots friendly. Alot of people are here fulltime and they have homes and rental cabins. Not our cup of tea. Should have just gonna to Parker i think. Sorry Arizona Oasis, we've been to much nice for less and full hookups with cable and WI-FI were just that.

The best thing I can say it was close to the boarder and public transit was cheap and easy but didn't run on schedule. Happy to have my dental and ophthalmology services completed with this hotel being the closest. As for amenities the food at the sidewinder was good however, my prime rib and baked potato was cold. I did Send it back and they brought me the order back piping hot. The Café food was delicious. Unfortunately at the time I could only have soup. Which the cream of mushroom was fantastic! A few key things that make this Park stand out: THE STAFF: This on-site team is professional, friendly and quick to resolve any issues. Deya is a gem. She truly cares about the tenants and is always friendly and upbeat. Carlos keeps my grass green and is the first one to help me carry a heavy package if he sees me struggling to pull a package out of the mail center box. And Martin, he is on top of any maintenance issue I request-almost before I finish the sentence. THE FACILITIES: It is so convenient to have an on-site laundry. So much nicer than having to drive into town and deal with people vying for machines. And I was lucky enough to be able to host BINGO which enabled me to meet several of the tenants from all walks of life. They are a great bunch of people - definitely fun Bingo enthusiasts! THE LOCATION: This is the Pie'ce de Resistance! I have such a beautiful view. I am fortunate enough to be on the water. The sunrise/sunsets are incredible! My boyfriend discovered this RV resort thought it looked really cool so we made a 1 night reservation to stay as fun as it was I wished we had stayed 2 nights. This is by no means is a brand new RV resort it's actually pretty dated but it's super quiet and right on the river. There was an over abundance of mosquitoes and there was a lot of permanent residents that don't keep their mobile homes or lots kept up. But the view was absolutely beautiful, staff was kind and the had a very convenient little store/check in office right on site. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for a couple of nights during the off season.

The camp ground gives special treatment to the renters of their choice. The staff seem to be a bunch friends of the manager who don't know how to do their jobs and don't care to learn. The public bathrooms are always dirty and they just keep painting over the dirt and rust. Rent keeps going up with no facility improvements to show for it. This used to be a fun place to bring the family, the people there used to be friendly and neighborly. So glad to be leaving this park. Will not be back and do not recommend.
