This is a wonderful place for both adults and children to learn fencing as well as for more…read moreadvanced fencers to hone their skills. The coaches are beyond exceptional. Their passion for the sport is contagious, and their continuous encouragement is inspirational. The atmosphere is friendly, respectful, and welcoming - support for one another is a common denominator here. The coaches are phenomenal with kids; patient, kind, and encouraging to all, teaching not only fencing, but good sportsmanship and respect for others. If you fence, do yourself a favor and check it out. If you don't fence, do yourself an even bigger favor and learn here

Columbus Fencing and Fitness has been great for our family. My son loves it and his younger sister…read morecan't wait to start. I recently joined an adult class and though I've been watching my son enjoy epee fencing for a little over a year, it's even more fun than I imagined it would be. And it's a great workout as well. The coaches are great and the club is like a big extended family. Kids and parents alike will make fast friends. It's a great environment, a great sport and apparently one of if not THE least injury prone sports one could undertake. I like that it's individual, yet the students are part of a team/club. And that it's as mental a sport as it is physical, if not more so. I see students helping one another and giving tips based on observations of one another. As an adult new to fencing, I very much look forward to my epee classes. My only complaint is that I can't do it every day. It's a blast.
