After finally placing our order at about 11:15 AM, we noticed a couple who had been seated 10 minutes after us receiving their meals by 11:38 AM, while we were still waiting with no update. At that point, my frustration grew, and by 11:45 AM, my mom and I decided to leave since our food never arrived. This experience was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication, poor time management, and obvious oversight by both the staff and management were unacceptable. My mom and I left hungry, frustrated, and completely dissatisfied.
