I Purchased 3 bundles and a frontal for my wedding and thus hair is suppose to be safe to bleach right???? Wrong!!!!!! The 3 bundles shed but the last 24 inch bundle had me crying like a baby. The hair just kept coming out and wouldnt stop. I should had just stick with the place i normally order online from. Only the frontal was safe for bleaching, the bundles shed like nothing ive ever seen and I ALWAYS bleach my bundles. This hair is HORRIBLE!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! read more

Most horrible vendor ever!! I ordered a full lace, 18 inches, body wave wig. I received a lace wig, 8,10, and 12 inch n straight wig layered. That is not what I paid for!! I paid $244 which was the most expensive wig n received trash!!!! I really feel this people took advantage of me because they knew I was desperate n requested it in a rush for my trip. Bought a wig that I was told was 20 inches but it was more like 16 and I paid almost 300 bucks. The lady was rushing me before I could fully feel it out for myself. Fraud!!! Never buy hair from this company it is mixed with synthetic hair!!!im a person that takes pride in her wigs and buys from multiple company's..This company is a complete disgrace ,I went as far as to report them to better business bureau for false advertisement.i bought a "human hair lace wig which was sewn horribly as well as the hair on the lace thinning it shedded after on wear after I dyed the wig red it immediately shriveled and was unmanageable...I kept hair in box and didn't wear until a month later I was sooo upset with the company especially after traveling in cab all the way to Maspeth,Ny .please do not be fooled by the staff because they are African American and think that they know anything about wigs they don't!!!!they will make you believe that they wear the products they don't ..trust me do not buy their products!! I was told I would get an update within 24 hours--days went by with no communication. Only after reaching out again was I finally told the refund would be processed. While I did eventually receive confirmation, I was disappointed to see that shipping was deducted, even though I had already paid to send the item back. After all the delays and lack of follow-through, that felt like poor business practice. Customer service should not require this level of persistence just to get a resolution. The lack of communication, repeated runaround, and having to chase my own refund made this one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.
