I only go here for my nails and I usually always have a pleasant experience but my most recent time she absolutely gutted my cuticles! They hurt! I can totally understand accidentally nicking one cuticles but three? I can only hope now an infection doesn't occur. read more

Do a good job on nails. But they never keep an appointment time. I'm still sitting here waiting over half an hour from my SCHEDULED appointment with no end in sight. They also don't take walk ins so what is the point of even making an appointment. I'm a mom and I work. When I make an appointment I don't mind if they are running a little behind but I have scheduled to keep. If you set an appointment they should honor that time. Double booking and stressing people out about the rest of their day is just inconsiderate. Always plan at least and extra hour when you book an appointment here because they are always running behind. read more

I took my 91 year old aunt here to get her first manicure. The staff treated her so well and her nails are beautiful. We went to WalMart next door after and she kept showing her nails to the cashiers there. Thank you for a wonderful experience. read more

This place is wonderful!!! Best service I have ever had. I've been there many times for my nails and had a few pedicures too. The prices are very good and the service is unbeatable. This place was a complete let down. I went a year ago and the lady in charge was awful. She was very rude to customers and acted like it was an inconvenience that we were there. Then I went two days before my wedding and the kid doing my nails chopped them so short with out even asking. It's over priced and the service is awful. I have never wrote a bad review in my life but this place does not deserve 4 stars. read more

I had a spa pedicure and gel manicure and I had a lot of complaints about his service but what really scared me was that there was ZERO anti-bacteria precautions. Usually nail salons have individual plastic sanitary tub covers (like a shower cap) and they add anti-bacteria pills to the water. This place had NOTHING. I was so frustrated and happy to leave. Both services cost me $75 and when I asked for change of a $20 he wanted a $15 tip. Never again. read more

I got there on time and ended up waiting over 40 minutes while they put walk-ins ahead of me. AWFUL! Walked in 10 minutes after opening and was treated like a nobody. Didn't even get in to get my nails done and already knew this place was horrible. Walked in the door and stood for a few minutes and was finally greeted by a tech, who's yelling at me sign in at the front desk (there was no where to sign in, just an empty desk space), mumbling something about appointments and waiting repeatedly, giving no clear direction of what I needed to do or long how I was going to wait. I came in for my first Mother's Day, 7 months pregnant and was treated terribly. I had heard good reviews from friends and online but unfortunately I had a much different experience. Go at your own risk, I had no idea what I was walking into and walked out confused and frustrated. read more

WORST!!! nail salon experience I have ever had!!! I had just given birth and decided to treat myself and mom to a relaxing pedicure. Wow....what a huge DISAPPOINTMENT. We made reservations two days prior yet it took us five+ minutes to even be greeted at the door(there was one other customer in the entire building). When we finally took a seat at our pedicure chairs, we sat there for over 30 minutes to wait for the owner, Tracy, to complete our service. She was out right rude and did a horrendous job. No care or thoughtfulness was put into our service- she rushed through it all and slapped some polish on. When a walk-in customer would come in to ask for a service she would say "do you see anyone else working here?- you can't be seen today" and "no reservation, no service". If I could go back in time I would have gotten up and left....I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK!!!! read more

So this was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done. First off all the His removal was actually painful to the point where she literally ripped every nail off and damaged by natural nails they were completely cracked and I should have known at that point No I should have left but I told the girl who actually was about 14 or 15 years old This is hurting can we just file them off or soak them off and she gave me a weird excuse that they were done too thick by Who ever did them before Next the gel job was absolutely horrible I wanted a white and purple armbread and I got a 2 toned white and purple that were completely not even the tone shaped the tone shades white and purple that I had picked out Not to mention the smearmarks I also told the girl I wanted to umbrella with the unicorn powder sir would she completely ignore is it ignored and continued to use unicorn glitter to do a diagonal is diagonal a smear of glitter across one of the nails and literally looks like a 15 year old girl did my nails because a 15 year old girl did my nails as I was about to leave the manager left the room the girl left the room the girl left the room and just these receptionists He was left in the room who had questioned about the price and she didn't have any answers for me either So I was basically forced to pay $50 of my hard earned money That I have to work my butt off for Damaged nails, So now I have to wait till next week to get my nails redone elsewhere because I only have $50 of spending money every week for myself because of the fact that I am a single mom Who has to wait tables 5 days out of the week most of the time 6 just to pay the bills so thank you Queen nails, For the worst experience I have ever had in my life you will be hearing from my lawyer for the damage caused too many ounce read more

It's pretty sad that a place so new could create such a bad vibe already. My mother confirmed with the store owner upon purchasing gift certificates for the holiday that the store would be open after the holiday as family is only in town for a couple days. The store was closed the day after the holiday and then no one was available to do pedicures today for me and my daughter. I leave tomorrow and upon calling the store owner directly he assured he would refund the total of the certificates as they won't be used. I returned down to cash the certificates in and the store did not have any cash at hand and I was directed to come back at 12 or leave the certificates and they would drop off the cash at my parents house. My mother returned down at 2:30 and was told she would now be charged to refund the certificates. I would just warn all patrons, do not trust what is told or talked about over the phone with these business owners. A complaint to the better business bureau has been made and from discussions with others it sounds like similar stories can be shared. I will say last year when attending this shop on my own the area was being heated by propane within the store around flammable chemicals. I hope to just make the public aware of these issues and hope that it will stop others from encountering the same issues. Best of luck! read more
