I received a butched up blob of @#$! on my head leaving this place months ago. I've attempted to have my haor amended, but the owner did such an extreme chop job, it's only going to take time to grow longer to properly fix. This woman was short, impatient when the store was empty, didn't listen, didn't care, chopped my hair to smitherines. the owner/hair dresser, was rude, "ruined" my hair for months to come, and played down right dirty with her scissors. I think she should lose her job and business, the way she treated me and cut my hair so poorly. may she not have business or give a hair chop in a long time. if you ask for specifics, she'll be pissy and chop your locks, be warned,,,, read more

This salon has a small town feeling. The staff is amazing. I would recommend this salon to all my friends and relatives. I got a perm yesterday and my husband said its the best perm he has seen. That meant a lot to me. Because I have gotten other perms and he never commented on them. Thank you Cheryl your the best. read more

I am definitely not very knowledgeable when it comes to tanning. Each time I visited I asked for honest help making good decisions about the beds I was using and the product to use when I went in. I never received helpful answers. In fact, I went in yesterday for my annual tan and the woman working sold me sunless tanner. I said I needed eye protection and lotion. I didn't realize until I had already sprayed myself. When I got out I asked her why she didn't mention it was sunless tanner? She shrugged and said, "I thought you knew". I asked her for a refund or an exchange... she said she couldn't. Didn't even compensate in any way. She told me I could try to sell the lotion online? Maybe offer me a free session!? Attention owner/manager: Train your staff to be helpful please! This is a place where costumers need to be educated.
