I found Zippy through Instagram and loved her before and after pics. She really does a lovely, natural look. I spoke with her on the phone, I loved her energy and I sent my 50 dollar deposit for my appointment. She was able to accommodate me for an earlier time slot as something came up for me. The procedure took about two hours. She thoroughly explained everything to me and even showed me what she would use on my face. It was all brand new and ready for me. The procedure was a bit uncomfortable. Some parts stung even with the numbing cream but I was on my cycle and she mentioned I'd be more sensitive. Zippy is very THOROUGH. At the big reveal, I actually teared up. My brows are AMAZING! I have to go back in 6 weeks for a touch up and there are before procedure and after procedure rules to follow. I am very pleased!
