they are very nice and every time I go they try to accommodate me. but if their busy I understand it is harder to accommodate. suggest to make an appointment instead of just showing up because you will wait at least 15-30 min. but if your ok with that you will enjoy this nail place. read more

Macy always does an amazing job on my nails. The salon staff is amazing. They are very accommodating to walk-ins and the environment is relaxing enough that I almost fall asleep during the process. I have gone to several other places in Hickory and this is my favorite. read more

My mom and I had a wonderful experience here! We both wanted deluxe pedicures, and that's what we got! was very nice, included hot towels and hot stones, they were very careful to make sure nothing was too hot and that the water was a good temperature for us. The ladies who took care of us chatted with us while they worked and were very friendly. The place was incredibly clean, smelled good, and had nice background music playing. Would definitely come back here! Paid $119 for the two deluxe pedicures, including a $15 tip. read more

I came in the shop with a full set, asked for a fill in and pedicure. This is my first time visiting this shop. At the pedicure station I advised the tech I wanted I wanted the color of choice on my feet, on my hands I only wanted the tips in that color. Without permission, my full set is getting cut off while my feet are soaking. Out comes this hot bowl for me to soak my hands. I'm thinking she wants to take the polish off. WRONG!! She's soaking my nails off without my permission. I let her know I wanted my full set. I just needed a fill in. Another lady, presumably the manager/ or owner comes over to tell me I have powder on my nails, which I didn't. Then she says they don't do fill ins with gel polish. Again, this is AFTER she cut my full set off that was shaped exactly how I love them. My feet get polished and she only put a base color on my big toe, which was needed on all because of the light silver glitter I chose. The other toes were done with only a few coats of the color. She barely went under the toenails to clean underneath and on the sides. I had to instruct her several times to cut them down. Now finally at the nail station. AGAIN, I asked for only the tips in the color, ring finger the entire color. She filed my nailbeds so much they are still sore. I have no full set. She proceeds to cutting my real nails in a square shape, then filing. I asked her "What are you doing, are you painting my real nails?" She said yes. I told her I am very upset, this is NOT what I asked for and I don't EVER get square nails because I don't like them!" Here comes the other lady asking what's wrong. I tell her the same thing. Now she's asking do I want my natural nails cut the way I like them,which iscoffin style. Keep in mind this would look stupid because they'll not long enough to look nice in that shape. I type all day at my job, why would I risk breaking my real nails??? I was charged $103 for this amateur botched up job, that was NOT what I asked for. Absolutely NOWTHING was done to fix the issue!! ZERO!! They did whatever THEY wanted, then charged me for it! Now I have to go pay for another full set. My regular technicians were on vacation, which is why I tried this shop. BTW my full set was long. The reviews are deceiving!! I posted one on their site, but it's not there. I'm pretty sure REAL reviews are getting blocked. BUYER BEWARE!! read more
