They charged 45 to just cut the nails on my toes and let my foot soak in some water after I left the place I noticed they did a poor job at cutting my nails and charged me the same price as they charged my wife.. would never go back read more

I've been in before and it was great had no problems but i came in today for a pedicure with my mom, we had an appt and didn't get seen until 30 minutes after it. the lady was being very rough during the whole service i asked if she could be more gentle and she didn't say anything. she was scraping under my nails and cleaning the sides of my nails with the nail clipper. i had a awful experience and will not be coming back. read more

Gel pedicure chipped one week after being done, went in to fix and " couldn't find the color" so we redid my feet for $25 nail polish change. Toes look almost the exact same color as before and felt like she was not helpful and just didn't want to fix the small chip on my middle toe. read more

First time visitor, asked for the basic pedicure, a manicure, and provided a picture of the nail style desired. The pedicure felt cheap, she "shaped" the nails by executing one cut per nail, and did not for cuticles/etc. She did light scrubbing on the bottom and sides of the feet. I did not get a manicure as requested. My nails cuticles were not addressed, the dead skin around my nail beds was left untouched, there was nothing done except for cutting the nails to apply tips to the ends. The nail design came out generally as requested; however, I had to ask that they be fixed because "burn spots" appeared on the end of my nails after using the UV dryer. Unfortunately, I was left less than impressed with the quality. The color does not go to the ends/edges of the nails, the nails are cut crooked at the end, and there are inconsistencies. I was left with black powder polish in my cuticles and the edges of my fingers. I was told "it will come off" and sent on my way. The nail job that I was left with was not event-ready to say the least. I had to work to remove the black polish myself. I do not think the quality matches the cost of services. read more

My dip nails lasted less than a week (the top coat started peeling). Thinking I didn't keep my hands moisturized properly, I went in a week and a half later and had them done again (I paid both times!) and again they lasted less than a week. I went in to have them fixed, and they replaced the top coat on three nails. In two days the other nails started to peel also, so I went I and had them fixed. I should have just asked for a refund. I don't have the time to go in every three to four days for faulty nails. I went elsewhere and they did a full SNS dip manicure and they already have lasted two weeks. Don't go here. read more

Very disappointed. My mom and I went here to get a pedicure and just gel polish (no manicure). I was told to arrive at 4, they ran almost 30min late. No big deal.. I watched the lady give my mom a pedicure and she continued to hurt her several times... my mom told her she had a broken toe, the lady didn't understand I guess until I had to say something.. it was the worst pedicure she's ever gotten. Well when they finally were ready for me, I was sat at a dirty station. There was a small paper towel that had a couple drops of blood on it.... She moved it and started doing my nails.. while filing my nails she reached over and used the persons beside me nail buffer! I let it slide... i noticed the lady didn't completely cover my nail with polish so I asked if she could fix it... so when she went to fix it, she grabbed the paper towel that had SOMEONE ELSES BLOOD on it to use it on me!! I jerked my hand from her and asked her if it was blood she then LIED and said it just came off her finger like it mattered! The other employee apologized, as she saw the blood and watched what happened. It was NOT ok. I made the owner aware and he didn't seem to care either. Absolutely sickening and not ok. read more

First time and I was pleased. Only thing I missed was the warm cloth and hand manicure that I have gotten at other salons.

I'm writing this review because I'm disappointed with the customer service that my wife received several months back. I have been getting gift cards from this place for years for my loved ones and we have been loyal customers with no issues so I was disappointed when Majestic Nails would not honor or at least give a discount for the gift card I had gotten my wife for her birthday that had barley expired according to their policy. This is very disappointing and upsetting and I will no longer be getting gift cards from this place or any place that puts expiration dates on their gift cards. That is just bad business and a cheap way to make money. read more

I love the staff here, I brought my 5 year old for a mani pedi and they were so patient and kind with her, Tina is extremely friendly and sweet and I definitely recommend this salon to anyone- they even have a princess Pedi chair for the kids, it was a great experience read more

The salon was very clean and very welcoming. Tina did my nails and she was very professional and very gentle with the tools. The pricing was fair and my nails look the best they ever have. If 0 stars where an option, I would choose 0. I have never felt more disrespected and belittled than I have today, during my experience with 'majestic nails'. The lady that did my nails was fine until I asked for the 'stiletto' style nails. Her whole demnor changed from welcoming and cheerful to throwing tools around. I was speaking with my sister about going to church in troutman when she slammed the siccosors down and I was told "to not take advantage of the church". In a way that was accusatory. She immediately without waiting for a response had another worker come and do my nails. I will never refer or go back and my nails already have one missing due to I am in a wheel chair and the sloppy work that was done on the 2 fingers she did. Even though the style guide offers stiletto nails. If you want to feel belittled based off disabilities this is the place for you. read more

My daughter went in to get her nails done. They were so screwed up. Not only were they crooked. They cut her fingers. She told the tech that her fingers were hurting and she continued. We asked for a refund. We were told no. WE HAD TO TAKE HER SOME PLACE ELSE TO GET THEM FIXED. The owner was ruder and spoke to my 16 year old daughter like dirt. I've been to this salon & the employees are very nice. They know what their doing & does what you ask for. The salon also looks up scale. After having my full set done it looks nothing like the previous review photo. That photo looks like the person only went 3 times a year, because it looks like it was time for another full set. From my experiences from receiving nail enhancements you shouldn't leave them on that long. Majestic Nails you guys are doing a professionally great job, keep up the good work. read more
