I ended up filing them at home because the 2nd lady was ignoring my pic and comments about filing them too angled too. Squoval is not coffin and it is not stiletto. The colors had streaks due to rushing and only one coat. I had to explain why they looked that way and how to fix it, but I don't think she truly understood. She tried to her best ability to fix things but I was just not happy with the look over all and service throughout the whole time. They came out decent with a few flaws but I won't be returning.

She used cuticle cutters to cut and still kept square. I told her to give me the file. The owner or whoever she is came over and asked if I needed her. I told her I needed someone else to do my nails. She had cut my toenail away on the side. That is all she literally done to the nails. The tech beside me finished the job and another one was doing my manicure. The colors weren't the same, so then the manicurist had to redo the toenails. Fingernails had missed sides and uneven polishing. This place is a joke. They are unprofessional, way overpriced and do terribly sloppy work. I'll never darken their door again.
