When I got there I was rushed to the seat a bit but I know that's because they had other clients through the day. The lady doing my nails was a little rough at times but also very considerate, she asked a few times if I needed a quick break or if I was okay. Still going back to see Tom and Lily every two weeks. I absolutely love these people. I work hard cleaning houses and my natural nails get broken and sore. We have found the perfect combination to keep me looking gorgeous for two full weeks by having a gel nail (no tip) and the shellac nail polish. Stopped in here at 7:15 and they close at 7:30, they had no problem with starting pedicures for my daughter and I. The lady recommended shellac for my daughter and I as it dries quicker and will last longer, and have us a great deal for both going with shellac. Both people working were friendly and talkative to my daughter and I, ensuring we were happy along the way. She mentioned a 10% discount for paying in cash and was willing to wait for us to go to an atm and comeback (which I declined as they were already there 30 minutes after close). Have been here twice and first time was amazing got it done by Lily. I went to get another pair about a week ago from Tom and it was decent. He was really nice. About three days ago I had my thumb nail fall off in my sleep and last night two more nails fell off in my sleep. This is not my first pair of nails, I've been getting my nails consistently done for years; long gels. I called them and told them and lily told me to come in. I came in and I showed Tom who did this set and he said they didn't break in my sleep and that I hit them off. So he basically said I was lying to him and that I had to pay to get them fixed. I got them for starting school Monday so Whatever I was going to pay to get them fixed. It took over an hour of waiting until lily finally took them and fixed it. She also told me I was lying about them falling off in my sleep. Like that's so rude; they fell off in my sleep- they're poor quality nails. Don't blame ME for your shit ass nails. Lucky I didn't just get them done and walk out and not pay. read more

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. Please don't waste your hard earned money here. Nails were different shapes, sizes and polish was smudged off in a couple of spots. When I told them I wasn't happy they were quite rude with no offer to fix. read more

If you want your nails to be beautiful and without messed up nail polish, all the same length and matching in width and general size, the dead skin to be fully removed from your feet after a pedicure and your legs to actually be hairless after a wax... DO NOT COME HERE!!! This is the epitome of cheap and inexperienced "nail" salons, which is sad considering how long this place has been in business. The employees are rude when you complain or ask for your paid services to actually be done. All in all a terrible experience. Don't waste your time or money. read more

I stopped in here the other day when my usual nail place told me they no longer did gel nails. While the staff are friendly enough none of the products they use are labelled and some of the bottles looked quite dirty. The girl who did my nails sawed at them with the file and now I have small cuts around my nail beds she also wouldn't listen when I asked for short nails and even after asking her to repeatedly take them shorter they are still too long. I also had to ask her to clip my cuticles after she hacked at them she was going to leave them a jagged mess and seemed surprised that I would ask for them to be trimmed. There is also the issue of pricing when I called to ask how much their gel nails were I was told 40 dollars and the sign behind the counter also lists them as 40, however my bill was 67 dollars after tax when I asked why she said I had "more expensive gel" nails and that these were better. I would not have had a problem paying that for a good manicure but that price is ridiculous for a single color gel especially considering they way the girl cut my hands. I would not recommend this place to anyone the practices are shoddy and unsanitary. read more

I went to this place to have my eyebrows done. Somebody mentioned to the business owner that it was my birthday. She offered to do my nails. After completing them, she then requested me to pay. I was completely surprised by this as I did not have the money to have the job done. I am warning everyone that this is poor business practice and beware. read more
