The lady I spoke with acted surprised and sent another team for free the following week and guess what, they did nothing more the the first team. Every corner was dirty, nothing moved on kitchen counter and wiped behind. Whatever was sticky on the floor when I left was still there when I returned. The cats special spot on the couch still full of hair. You would think at the very least they would have cleaned the areas they left dirty from the pictures I sent, but that did not happen either. They are more of a middle of the floor swipe company. At least they did refund me in full, but what a waist of time.
