So, on the morning of September 3rd, we called and left a message on their answering machine giving them our name, phone number and a very brief message about what we needed done. Unfortunately, we're still waiting for a return call. The good news is that we got the repairs done this week by another contractor we had used in the past for other things. Sorry to say, it appears this company is out of business. It's too bad; it looks like they did good work.

Unfortunately he had taken on one too many contracts and hired a subcontractor who was awful. We asked Dennis several times to intercede and correct the problem but he said he didn't have the capacity not means to do anything about the problem. Dennis then had the audacity to want payment for a complete job when only at 85%. Stupidly I paid him in full. Deck was never completed. The only reason I gave two stars was he was inexpensive and choose to use an ex-convect trying to get his feet back under himself. Sadly Dennis didn't take responsibility for any of the poor quality workmanship nor the sporadic and delayed work that occurred resulting in numerous delays. My husband and I had to finish the job. I would not recommend him.
