I had no realtor (the ones I had talked to were no help at all) and when she found out I had borderline credit she immediately put me in touch with someone who was able to get my credit up within a week - Pam goes above and beyond the limits for ensuring that not only you find the house you are happy with but with all the tiny details that most agents don't bother checking. Just by running to the County office she found one house that we were interested in had had septic issues back in '94 which led to the house needing 45k of septic repair. This apartment complex is the biggest joke. Do NOT waste your time with this monstrosity of a…read moreplace. Management and maintenance are extremely UNhelpful. Every now and then they'll get a wild hair up their ass to actually do something to "fix" the property but won't actually fix a damn thing inside the apartments. The window insulation is HORRIBLE. Our whole apartment was flooded with water at the windows and the door when they wanted to power wash the outside. The ceilings are breaking and cracking through, and the stove has been broken for almost a year but they have not cared to repair. On the move in inspection we informed management that our shower head was broken... but did anyone think to come look? Exactly right, NO. They didn't. Y'all think I just haven't showered?? On top of spending a bookoo amount of money for rent alone, I have to do all the repairs and spend more of my money?? Please do yourself a favor and don't even consider this neglectful place.
