I was concerned about the smaller one because it also needed some repairs and it was a sentimental rug given to me by my father and I didn't want anything to happen to it. Paradise was very kind and reassured me that their rug-repairing ladies have many years of experience. The whole process was very quick and I was out the door and on my way in no time. About a week or so after, I got a call that my rugs were ready. There's a very nice seating area with water and some cookies where you can sit and relax while they get your rug from the back. Everything in the store is very neat and clean and the staff are very friendly. I'm glad I worried for nothing because my smaller rug was seamlessly repaired and both look brand new! Whatever machine they have works amazingly! If you have rugs and don't know where to go - look no further. I couldn't recommend this place more!

I received a message from saying I wasn't a customer. I repeat I was definitely a customer. I did not save the receipt. They left a stain where the fringe was attached to the back. They stated that they dhow the rug to the customer. I fid look at the rug at the store but didn't notice it until I got home and unrolled the rug. Based on the tone of their response to me, I won't buy a rug from them either.

If you are in the market for furniture and considering another store, do yourself a favor stop…read morelooking now. The customer service and quality here can't really be beat in my opinion. They are on parr with much more expensive retailers and would venture to say they exceed them without the diminishing returns. We have purchased from plenty of other big box stores in the past and Arhuas blew them away. The entire process and staff have been awesome apart from having to wait a while to receive our furniture but was very standard during the pandemic. We recently had an issue with our protection plan not initially being applied correctly and the team at Baybrook went above and beyond to rectify the issue immediately. Both the regional manager Christopher Mendyka and store manager Sutton Lindsey were super stars in making it right. They went outside of a normal response of deflecting the issue on the customer and offered solutions which is a rarity in today's world when it comes to customer service. I whole heartedly recommend shopping here without hesitation and want to say thanks to that entire team.

Here is why Ethan Allen will go out of business in 6 years or less…read more 1. "Custom" furniture is not custom furniture, they offer what would be best called semi-custom furniture. 2. Small and decreasing showroom inventory. They want customers to purchase non-returnable furniture based on images and a library of stain and fabric samples. 3. Hoodwinking customers They sell their furniture is high quality US construction with sales people stating it is solid wood 'heirloom' furniture where as their website states, "*Other materials may be used on internal and secondary components." False advertising? Certainly false spin. 4. Going the wrong direction. Just across the highway from this particular location is a huge "Rooms To Go" and "Star Furniture" showroom along with a new La-Z-Boy showroom just up the highway where customers can see how furniture can be staged in their own home, see the level of quality and construction and decide if it meets their bar, but most importantly touch, feel what they are paying a lot of money for. This in turn circles back to #2, shrinking their store footprint and therefore display pieces as mentioned. It's nearly impossible to see a floor sample to evaluate the EA quality for yourself, justify the price premium. It's really embarrassing considering the cache the brand likes to spin. Even this franchise owner was trying to spin the smaller footprint in an obtusely positive light to the local press, but what else would you expect from a business owner? Funny how one of the design professionals tried to sell that all furniture stores are shrinking their footprint. By the way, when the local La-Z-Boy decided to relocate, their new showroom is equal if not larger than the one they left. Same goes for the local Bassett. Huh... 5. Following design trends instead of leading design trends coupled with following bad design trends. Not all trends are good trends. Heirloom furniture stands the test of time, the essence of why it can be handed down. This may be the most significant sign they have lost the market. EA's company performance is down double digits year/year. The brass is trying to turn it around with discounts deeper than I've ever seen revealing their markup is just as much as you thought it was if not more. It appears they are living on their legacy which was well earned and deserved, but they are going the wrong direction with a poor turnaround strategy. Farooq, this is for you.

Yes, deliveries have been challenging in 2021 but finally did receive all my orders. Deliveries have been tough for manufacturers across the board. I believe that all the designers work to keep us informed with delays and changes to ship dates. I appreciate that we can walk in and browse without having someone directing me, but if I need help, they are very helpful. I can't say enough good things about Lucia Gentry. She is excellent and truly puts her heart into the project.
