Doris at the front desk is really sweet and accommodating-Always fitting me in when I call, no matter the time. Parking around the area is a nightmare depending on what time of day it is, but its worth it. He is great with pregnant women and he sees children as well. The office is on the 2nd floor of a building with multiple offices. You can take the stairs or there is also an elevator. The seating area is decent sized with some chairs and a water cooler. Their hours are are posted and they do not have regular office hours though the times stay the same every week. Easy enough to get an appointment though. The front desk staff were surprisingly chill and efficient--I barely had time to finish my paperwork before they called me back.
