This review is long over due. I came to this office with severe neck pain. They didn't just guess what was wrong with me. They did X-rays, and determined the issue. After a few treatments i felt amazing and i haven't been back in a while but only because my neck has been feeling great!! If you need someone who is going to get to the root of the problem and help you, then Dr Nektalov is your guy. The only thing i don't like, Which doesn't deem less stars because they still provide you with exceptional service. I'm not really a fan of how much they sell their nutrition program to you.. After I fell on my coccyx last year, I felt a numbing/sore pain when I sat for over 10 minutes. I've visited many places to see what exactly was wrong. My x-ray didn't show any abnormalities, and no one could give me an answer. Dr. Boris was the only person who was able to give me a clue as to what was going on with my body. I've been suffering from sciatica recently and was going out of my mind with the pain. I'd previously been in a number of accidents and my body takes an everyday beating from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I go limping into his office and come dancing out, SUCH a big difference. He's so friendly and personable and genuinely cares about what's wrong with you. Doris at the front desk is really sweet and accommodating-Always fitting me in when I call, no matter the time. Parking around the area is a nightmare depending on what time of day it is, but its worth it. He is great with pregnant women and he sees children as well. I want to thank Dr. Boris and his team for being so helpful on my journey with trying to recover from migraines. I have been dealing with migraine about the last seven years, getting Botox and all different medications with no actual relief just more side affects. I've been to almost 4 different PT/Chiropractors after my auto accident a couple of months back only to often times be dismayed at the lack of quality service they provided. However, I started coming here after the good reviews on Yelp. It's 2017, everyone knows the quality of treatment one receives at a clinic because everything is online. Did not disappoint. Treatment consists of physical therapy, massage, and adjustments. Physical therapy is pretty much your standard exercises. But the massage and adjustments are top notch. Adjustments can be intimidating at first because it deals with cracking the sensitive parts of your body like your neck and back. I've been to a chiropractor that literally "adjusts" you in 2 seconds. More like 2 seconds to snap-city: more likely to be injured by malpractice than by accidents. But Dr Nektalov takes his time. He makes sure you're comfortable, tells you all the procedures , and then adjusts. Really relieves the pain around your neck and spine area and helps with better posture. My girlfriend and I suffered whiplash and should injuries in a car accident over a year ago, and just recently started seeing Dr. Nektalov and his physical therapist, Racquel, about three weeks ago. My neck is definitely improving. My shoulder, not yet, but the damage is worse there. Both the chiropractor and physical therapist are incredible. The doctor is very thorough with his analysis (X-rays, photos and analysis of posture, physical check up of mobility and pain) and the treatment is very thorough, from both people. I went in because I had so much pain at my neck and shoulder. They don't accept my insurance so I paid for my treatment. The first visit, after the adjustment I felt great. The doc took X-ray and ask me to come back for another fix and talk about a treatment plan, so I went in the second time, all he want to talk about was to get me commit to the plan he made for me over $2K. I don't really mind about that , but I asked him I am in pain again right now and told him last time was great, do you mind fixing me first and let me think about the plan, he just give me like 2 minutes of whatever and let me go, I didn't feel good at all after the second time, I get that you are doing a business and you want to make money, I have a business too.But I will never treat my customers like that. At least have some passion for the patient. I don't really care how good you are,you are not getting my business. I am sure there are other doctors as good or better than you. What a great chiropractor. I do not have insurance, when i called Dr. Nektalov's office, his front desk gave me free consultation. I came to him for my hip and low back pain that was radiating down my leg. He immediately picked up a phone and called MRI place and made me an appt that same day. I had to wait two weeks in the past to get an MRI. When results came with CD of images he explained and showed in detail of what what happening with me. I started doing spinal decompression with him and feel amazing. For a long time i wasn't able to play basketball, guess what, I am back on the court. Thanks a lot! I found Dr. Boris with the help of Yelp! This morning. I have had a low grade back pain for about two weeks and have been hoping things would improve. Last night I did something real dumb and slept on a heating pad. This morning I woke up in agony. Dr Boris keeps Sunday hours and his office was two miles from my house. I was able to get an appointment and was promptly seen by the Doctor. After the usual Q&A and X-rays; I was given a series of motion tests and the doctor started message & ice therapy. Due to heavy inflammation, he could not initiate adjustments, but made numerous attempts to help me get some relief. I will be on ice packs for a couple of days and look forward to getting back on Tuesday for follow-up treatment. I was really impressed by Dr. Boris's caring and compassionate manner. I went to Dr Boris around my seventh month of pregnancy with severe sacral pain. After the first visit the pain slowly started subsiding and within a week it was completely gone. I continued to go weekly or biweekly for the remainder of my pregnancy and this really made such a difference in the way my back and body alignment felt. I had zero problems during the delivery of my healthy little baby boy who came out pretty fast once I went into labor, and I think all the alignments - helping to open up my pelvis - may have played a role in this. In a future pregnancy I totally plan to visit Dr Boris, and I also plan to visit him again if I have any further back issues. I went to Dr. Nektalov recently to address back and neck pain I was experiencing. Dr. Nektalov showed sincere concern about my problems. He did a complete chiropractic evaluation including X-rays and then spent time to go over what he found. He was able to show me in the X-ray where the root of the problem was and then we went over a detailed plan on how I can work on relieving the pain and doing exercises to work on adjusting my posture. I went to Dr nektalov for my low back pain I've had for quite some time. I'm highly active, playing sports and working out which causes my L5S1 herniated disc to aggravate. The doc is very helpful, professional and actually DOES want to help you. I've seen other chiros before and he's by far the best I've been to, hands down. I highly recommend this place! Here are a few reasons why: 1. Dr. Boris is very good about meeting his patient's needs; he checks in regularly about how the patient is feeling and adjusts the treatment accordingly. 2. I came in with my back starting to feel uncomfortable and after being treated Dr. Boris, the discomfort disappeared and has not come back again (it has been almost a year since my treatment). 3. He is good at teaching you preventative exercises that you can practice at home to correct your posture and pain. For example, he showed me how i should be sitting at my computer and the angle at which my head should be while looking at the screen. Simple techniques like these help prevent discomfort in the neck and back while sitting on the computer for a long period of time. 4. Dr. Boris has a passion for his work; after going to a conference, he started incorporating some of the new techniques he learned into my adjustments. Such techniques clearly showcased which part of my body was stronger and how we needed to adjust treatments to strengthen the weaker side. The place is very clean and very friendly, however I went because I felt a discomfort in my back it was a light muscle pain but I thought that coming here would take it off at all. The doctor made me an "adjustment" from which I began to feel since that day an intense pain in my neck and began to feel like electric pulsations in my foot and arm when walking. I never wanted to go back because i was scared that another "adjustment" will make everything worse, but since that "adjustment" i had to go to a neurologist and they put me in physical therapy to recover my muscles around my neck and head. I do not doubt the doctor's professionalism, but I think that before making an "adjustment" it should be better to review each patient in depth to prevent a necessary injury because everyone's muscle and nerves system is very different. In my case I went for a good but it was worse. Today I hope to recover soon from my injury and wishing no one else gets this kind of experience when they're trying there best to find a solution to a muscular pain. read more

My husband Wing hurt his back in July and he was in pain. He could barely walk or do anything correctly and had to take personal days off for a week. So i decided to look into a doctor who's specialize in the field and not just go to a regular doctor which will send us to therapy. My husband don't have a great insurance so we were very worry that it will cost a lot of money every time we have a doctor's visit. Once i found Dr. Boris Nektalov who i read that can do non-surgical spinal decompression i wanted my husband to go there and check it out. We were a little worry due to a couple of reasons. We did not have an appointment so we weren't sure if this was a strict office where appointments are require. I wasn't sure if Dr. Boris will take my husband's insurance or if he needed a recommendation from another doctor in order to see him. We were really happy we made the right decision to go to Dr. Boris because he was such a kind and understanding person that he saw us without an appointment and helped us right away to schedule a MRI scan to further assist us with the problem. My husband was diagnosed with a herniated disc and Dr. Boris explained to us clearly where the spinal problem was and what could be done. We paid for decompression sessions that Dr. Boris recommend and I'm super happy that we did. It was all worth it because day by day after a week my husband felt better and was able to at least move again like a normal person without the sharp pain he was experiencing. Dr. Boris is always very helpful with questions that my husband has and even though he has recover, it is great that Dr. Boris remind us of the precautions for the future. It's great to walk into a doctor's office being greeted nicely and Dr. Boris made sure to understand how you are feeling in every visit so he can help you. Very grateful ! Boris is the Dr. to go to!!!!! He is wonderful. My husband was in incredible pain barely walking. Boris agreed to see him right away. He was very patient listening to all my husbands Mons and groans. After an exam and x-rays Boris had a plan of action addressing his back issue. As a side note let me mention that my husband suffers from headaches/migraines constantly. In the process he asked my husband if he gets headaches... "Yes" we said....He noticed something on the x-ray that would explain his headaches....Well my husband is doing wonderful. Receiving treatment for his back issue and his headache issue; He has not had a headache in about 2 weeks and he's walking much better.
