She made one stop then tried to start the car and it wouldn't start. 4-5 months ago she got a new battery and starter and had NO ISSUES with the car starting. It seems like too much of a coincidence that all of sudden the car won't start. I called and they refused to double check their work or to see what they made have done wrong or on accident in order for her to have this problem. Also, they were very rude to my girlfriend during the process of taking her car in. I have little sisters and female friends that I WOULD NEVER want them to experience something like this or deal with the anxiety of this type of situation. I'm not a bad person or complaining person that just wants to bash a company but I feel it is important to let the public know and to prevent anyone from dealing with this. My bonus daughter highly recommended him and Im going to do the same. The shop is very clean with ample seating area. Moe is absolutely amazing, courteous and friendly. He got to work on my truck and in less than an hour the problem was fixed. Moe is now my go to mechanic. He's a very nice guy and very honest. Everything seemed fine at first, so I decided to let them do their thing and stayed patient throughout the process. After about 4-5 weeks of my truck being in the shop, they kept telling me that a bracket was missing or that they had received the wrong one. This happened over and over again. I continued to be patient, and after about 6 weeks, I finally got my truck back. Keep in mind, the damage was only minor front-end damage. When I got the truck back, there was about a 1-inch gap between my bumper and grille. They also installed the wrong fender liner, which caused my tires to rub against it. Six weeks without my truck for what turned out to be a terrible job is extremely disappointing. Honestly, I feel like I could have found someone on the street who would have done a better and quicker job. I gave them plenty of patience and opportunities to get it right, but unfortunately, I can't recommend this shop based on my experience.

I gave them instructions on how to reproduce it, just drive the car on the highway -My car needed a regular service -I wanted to reset a warning light on the dash. They wasted my time and I left with more problems. They told me they would get to it that day on site. Then called me and told me they would not be able to get to it till the next. They don't even inspect it till the afternoon of the next day, and want to keep the car for another day. The next day they told me they were not able to reproduce the sound. I go in and immediately reproduce the sound with a tech in the car on the highway. They say they will look at it. I leave. I come back and they tell me they "aren't a shop specialized in fixing that problem" go to a different shop. Fine, I appreciate the honesty. They give me my car back. I turn on the car. Sound still there, Car regular service timer not reset - Such a simple thing, if they're cutting corners here what else are they cutting corners on? Warning light not reset. I go back in , ask them to reset both warnings. They come back, warning light needs a physical part and they need another part that they want to charge me for ~20 dollars, and for me to wait another few hours. They did reset the service timer. At this point they've wasted enough of my time. I leave, paying few hundred dollars for the service and them having wasted 3 days of my time. I go to a different shop. The fix is so simple they fix it for free in 20 minutes. Also they spam you with advertising texts despite never asking. In summary: They didn't fix any of my original problems, needed me to micromanage them to follow basic instructions to diagnose, are slow and incompetent.
