When he finally did show up, he wasn't dressed professionally. He was a big slob of a man. He was wearing a small tank top and sandals I think. He tried to bargain with me and told me if I didn't need a receipt he would knock $10 off my bill. I felt really uncomfortable about it. I almost said forget it. I used City Towing back in March and that guy was awesome. I didn't feel hustled or uncomfortable with him in any way. That is the sole reason for giving 3 stars instead of one. If I ever go back I will request someone normal. Not a half dressed big slob. They need to reevaluate their hiring process.

They kept in touch and showed up on time . Kevin who I believe is the manger came out himself as he had promised a 45 minute wait and they kept their promise. Kevin said lets give this some time since the car has been sitting . After the car started Kevin shared valuable advise on dealing with my 12 year old car as it was shaking at 1st. I am so lucky that Kevin came right out took care of ny car and offered valuable advice . I hope not to need a Tow Truck or a jump anytime soon , but if I do , I would absolutely call Close Towing and I would ask for Kevin .
