DO NOT EVER GO HERE FOR EYE LASH EXTENSIONS!! So a few months ago, i brought a deal on amazon for laser hair removal sessions. The place is small & somewhat clean. The laser treatments are decent. So its recommended for hair removal only! But yesterday, I decided to get my eye lash extensions done there. It cost only $30 why the hell not? But was I wrong! The lady who did my eye lashes did a horrible job! She probably spent an hair gluing on the single lashes under my water crease line! She used the basic single eye lashes from that brand Adrelle & glue which u can buy it at CVS or walgreens for like $4. When she was done, i was tearing constantly. I couldn't even open my eyes. So i thought maybe I'm not use to it. an hr pass, and I'm still tearing. I got light headed bc the lashes really irritated me. So i decided to look at the mirror & check out why I'm tearing constantly. I lift my eyes & noticed how closely those lashes were glued next to my eyeball. So i decided to pull them off! They were so easily to be tugged off! I was so angry. I paid $30 for an eye irritation & the result was horrible! Ladies, stick to your hair removal here. QLHR at this particular location may be quite modest in decor and size but they makes up for it in their service and attention to customer care. I had a lovely microdermabrasion treatment with steam and a soothing mask to finish. Most importantly the result was noticeable. My skin was more smooth in appearance and touch. Alisha was kind, informative, and super helpful. Would definitely recommend it. Tomorrow I will try their Skin Classic treatment for my sebaceous hyperplasia lesions. I've gone here several times for micro dermabrasion. When you buy the treatment as a package of 3, the pricing is reasonable. Each session lasts about 30-40 mins and includes, steam treatment, micro (a few passes) and a face mask/moisturizer. It's good to make a reservation a few days in advance. I believe they are closed sundays. My only complaint is it's a little far for me to get to from work/home but I will try one of their branches in the city. read more

I've been to other clinics before but so far, the result I've got in this clinic is way better and effective. They made me feel more confident from the results I've got so far. I also remember having dark spots from my armpit during may hair laser treatments from the other clinic that I've tried. Which disappointed me and hesitant to try other clinics because it didn't go away for months. You would want to avoid that. Good thing my sister told me this place. Been going to this place for 2 years now and although the place is small, its super clean and the staff is very thorough! I have darker skin ( milk chocolate complexion :) and very stubborn hair and the laser machine they use never scars me or causes irritation. Really, really, really SMALL. The minute you walk in, there's a "room" to your right and a "room" to your left behind the waiting room seats. The one to your right is for laser treatments and the one to your left is for microdermabrasions. I think you can only fit like 7-8 people in the entire area as its really small. Its like one of those small corner stores. Staff are very nice and the treatments give you great results. Only came for one treatment so will have to wait and see after my second! read more

I had laser hair removal here about 2 years ago and I return for touch ups approximately every 6-8 months. I definitely recommend this place for anyone of color that is interested because they use the correct laser for darker skin tones. This place is extremely small but it's sufficient and my appointments are always quick. Usually no waiting more than 5-10 minutes. Most of the staff here is polite and helpful (except once I had a rude woman but maybe she was having a bad day). Their prices are pretty good and the location is convenient. Ok, so I found this place via internet search. Been shopping around for the best prices and this place did it! They have a great match your price offer that help me alot. So I am doing laser treatments on my full legs, buttocks and half arm. I am light skin (I am black) and have very stubborn hair. I just did my first treatment yesterday and things are already looking promising. The office is small but I like it. Makes me feel comfortable. The staff was really amazing. She was polite and talk me through the whole process. They really work with you with payment options as well. The office is right across from the mall so parking is sacred. The prices are good (I purchased a Groupon) however the facility is very small (2 closets- literally) and the walls are paper thin. Totally NOT what I expected especially after reviewing their website. You can hear everyones consultation/conversation when they are in the closet/rooms. The first time I went the lady that treated me was great (I think her name was Angela) she was really sweet and made me feel comfortable. The second time I went there the owner was there and she made me feel VERY uncomfortable. I was getting a bikini treatment and while I was unclothed she kept walking in and out of the tiny room and constantly left the door open! She did it 4 times! I had to reach up and close the door thinking that she would get the clue! She seemed so disoriented and i did not have a good experience. There were a few others waiting in that tiny hallway, right outside the door. Way too close for comfort! She also proceeded to share with me her professional advice- when I didn't ask- like she was trying to validate herself. I was annoyed not to mention that despite making my appointment and getting there ON TIME, I had to wait for long periods of time. If you are looking for the bargain this might be something that you consider. Their prices are not too high but take into account that the facility lacks, professionalism lacks, so it leads me to question how clean the machine is and trained the staff really is. read more
