Becareful coming here, i went on a Thursday to drop off a handheld blower, it took almost a week for them to call me back. The guy told me the motor was misfiring etc, went to pick it up.and suddenly he said he got it to work, anyways didnt think of much but when I took it to work next day I notice it wasn't the same blower. I called talk to the guy didnt accuse just asked if by mistake they gave me a wrong one, he said no that was mine, I got a blower with the tip cut off 2 drywall screws screwd in to hold the tubes and some old blower they probably got laying around. He said we have cameras, does he know we have the serial number because my blower was 1 year old. Anyways there's about 4-6 more stores around with honest people. Please these guys just steal. If you do decide to go there take a pic get the serial number or put something. read more

On July 3 2025, two fraudulent charges where made by Queens Lawnmower Shop. Both were unauthorized charges placed on a credit card for purchases never made. It appears credit card theft is being performed at this location. read more

I wish there was a 0-star review. Our lawnmower had a faulty wire but I don't have a soldering iron so I brought it in to be fixed. It took me like 8-9 places to find one that said they work on electric mowers. When I brought it in, I was not convinced that they understood what I said was the problem. I'd already figured out it wasn't the motor or the battery but the wire because I took it apart and could get it to run if I held it just right. I called 6 times over three weeks and they kept saying they were gonna take a look any day now. Finally yesterday they said they were working on it finally and found the problem - a broken regulator, which is not the problem as I had already told them three weeks earlier. In fact, I don't even think this mower has a regulator as it does not have speeds - on or off. I told them I'd never authorized them to work on it, stop working immediately, and I would pick it up. I picked it up today and it is absolutely filthy. I know it's a lawnmower and it's gonna be dirty, but it is like they sprayed oil on it and then rolled it around in the dirt. My hands were black just putting it in the trunk. Tldr: they held it for three weeks with not a single update, ultimately lied about what the problem was, and covered the mower in grime before I refused to allow them to work on it further. read more

Would have liked to give zero stars as they don't actually do anything. They had my lawnmower for three weeks and never even looked at it. While the mechanic was very apologetic, said he could fix it today! lol But the women at the front could care less. This place will be out of business before long. Been going to a few different places over the years and I found this place by chance. And I'm really glad I did. Eugenio helped me out the first time I went . He helped me find what I needed and also repaired one of my machines pretty quick. There's times when I've gone and they are busy but it's understandable. I don't mind waiting a little longe because I know the job will be done right. If you want quality work go here, but be patient and don't be rude. These are hard working people that deserve respect. I was pleasantly surprised by how inexpensive replacing the chain for my chainsaw was. I had been quoted twice the amount that Queen's shop charged me. I have a LOOOOOONG story, but suffice it to say, I got screwed. I had a 2 cycle garden tiller who's gas tank had rotted away and needed a new one. I called the shop, and they said, sure we have a used one here; bring it in. When I took it in, it seem like the ONE GUY in the shop who knew where it might be was out that day. They said leave the tiller and the guy who knows will be in on Monday and we'll call. Monday passes, Tuesday, Wednesday; finally I call. Turns out, they can't find it so they had ordered a new one (important note: I DID NOT ASK them to order a new one). Well, they had the tiller and why not. I did ask for an estimate BEFORE BEGINNING ANY WORK and they said, no problem, when we find out the cost of the tank, we'll call. Three weeks pass. I've called them twice and each time, the tank they ordered didn't fit and they needed more time. More time. Seems to be the way this place works. Finally, I go to the shop in person to get the tiller back. "Oh, it's fixed" they say and it's $125 (I think I paid $99 for the unit new). WTF WTF WTF. No call, no estimate, no "we'll get back to you". I ask for an invoice and they scribble out some numbers on a shop work sheet. When I took the unit in, it was partially disassembled and I had some $20 dollars worth of spare parts and two plastic parts bin. Where is all the stuff I brought in? "The guy who knows that isn't in today". How can I find the bins? "We'll call you when we find them"...it's been a month... read more

I'm surprised they even have this many stars. I brought my mower in to be repaired. I was told it would be done on Saturday. Saturday came and went, Monday came and went, Tuesday came and went. They finally called late Wednesday to tell me it was fixed, but I had no one to help me unload it until the following day. I went to mow my yard on Saturday, and the problem I took it in for hadn't been addressed at all. It still didn't work. When I called to tell them this, the guy was a jerk and insisted that it wasn't their fault, but admitted they'd never tested it after "fixing" it because the battery was low. They'd never called to ask me to bring a full battery to them so they could test it and indeed, said they'd tested it when I picked it up, so they lied to me. I have a shoulder injury, so the self-propelling function is vital to me. They didn't care. I'll be disputing the charge and finding another repair place. They were rude, unhelpful, and most importantly, took money for a repair they never did. read more

These guys do quality work for great prices. They were substantially cheaper than other lawnmower shops that I got a price estimate for, and that didn't mean lower quality. I've taken the lawnmower in several times, and it always came back completely fixed. I'd still be taking it in if I still had a mower! read more

Please I engourage you to do some reasearch before you take your tools/items to this business. I took my Stihl chainsaw to be diagnosed as it was shutting off. They took it and did the testing/diagnosis. Told me it was the piston. The price to fix it would be $180.00+ tax. I told them to proceed. A couple of weeks later I went to pick up it. They had asked me to bring it over after 40 Hrs to give it an adjustment. Well, after using it for about 15 minutes and it keep shutting down (this is about 2-3 months later, as I don't use it almost at all). Well, I took it back and told them what happened. They asked me to leave it and will let me know. After 2 days, they called me and informed me that it was the carburator. The carburator is bad and it needs to be rebuilt. Will cost me $65.00+ tax/parts. They proceed and fixed it. I was about to pay and asked them to test it. They tested and found that it kept shutting down AGAIN. So, they asked me to leave it and come back 2 days later. I did, went back to pick it up. But AGAIN they told me it had a bad piston. It would cost me $180.00 + tax to repair. I have asked them that I just paid that a few months back. Well, they said, "if you want it fixed, you need to pay again." I said, NO way I would pay again $180.00 + tax for the same service you performed a few months. Ask them to give it back to me. To my surprise, they gave me my Stihl Chainsaw in a box, All parts. I asked them why is it like that? They said, "if you want us to put it together, it will cost you $40.00" I asked why, they told me it cost $40.00 to diagnose, but they failed to let me know ahead of time. So, I asked how come they DID NOT inform me of such charge, but he said, "I forgot and if you want it put togeter, you have to pay, and that is the way things are here. I Only work here and follow instructions. Javier is a nice guy and I'm sure all he is doing is his job, but they need to let us as customers of anycharges ahead of time. I don't want anything for free. But I want my moneys worth as well. I paid $180.00 + tax, and was about to pay $65.00, and now I lost $$ and lost my chainsaw. Lost $$ and lost my tool. Hope they take care better of their customers before they lose more. They lost my business. I always took there my lawnmore, weed-wacker, blower, tools to be sharpen, etc... read more
