Price: Their prices are very reasonable. Not stupidly high, but not ridiculously low either. But thats what you pay for when you get good equipment. I've rented from the super cheap places before, and they can barely afford to maintain their stuff, and often super cheap = crappy maintenance and garbage equipment that breaks down all the time. Calgroves equipment is properly maintained and cared for. Service: The employees here are all very nice, extremely helpful, and very knowledgable. On the rare occasions where I did have a problem, they took care of it immediately, and even offered to reduce my rental rate. These guys GET IT.
