Most disappointing. Every single website listing for this walk-in clinic states that it opens at…read more9am. Today there are three of us waiting. It's past 9:15. There are NO signs at the clinic stating their business hours. Someone should take the time to make sure that the website information is accurate and up to date. Also there should be a sign with hours posted AT the clinic.

I am deeply saddened I never got a chance to meet Dr Lilian Narouz, but a great sigh of relief is felt as I will never have to see her receptionist again. I should have steered clear after the initial phone call, but Dr. Narouz had such great reviews. When I had called the first time to make an appointment, I asked when she was available the response I got was "I don't know when you have time, you tell me when you what to come" ok... Red flag already... I responded with "how about tomorrow after 2pm?" she said no... Ok now I'm confused..How long are we gonna banter... Just give me some spots when she is available and I can work around them.. Common sense right? Guess not with this person.. After a frustrating conversation, I made an appointment. Now.... Dr. Narouz, I had chosen you in hopes to become my new doctor because I was recently married and new to burlington. Because of this, all my ID was in the process of being changed over to my new address and name. The moment I walked into your clinic I was barley acknowledged and greeted with the utmost disgust. I informed your 'receptionist' of the concern about my health card but she did not care or listen to what I had to say. She threw down a pen sent me off to fill out paperwork. When I asked AGAIN about the health card information spot, she responded with "how can the doctor get paid when you don't have a vaild health card?" so rudely and unprofessional... I very politely for the SECOND time told her my issue with the health card and that I had been to the Wal-Mart walk in about 2 days ealier and they made a phone call and got a vaild health card number. She yelled at me and said "you call! That's not my job" I was so incredibly taken back with the response. She was an such a disgusting human being. I completely understand the health card thing but I was becoming a new paitent, all I needed was a 10 minute conversation and I could call with my new health card number in a few days when I received it, as well I wouldn't have been so upset if she wasn't so rude and had listened to me BEFORE I sat down and started to fill out forms. Anyways, In the hopes of Dr Lilian keeping her appointment because I would have become a patient, I waited quietly but this scum of the earth argued me, yelled at me, and belittled me. This clearly wasn't the place for me and my family so I went on my way. I guess I will look for another doctor. I was in great spirits that day, but if you are sick or tired this place will send you to emergency with frustration and anger. I recommend this "receptionist" go work at the garbage dumb because that is where she belongs.
