I was lucky enough to get pierced during their special pride event, June 13, 2026. The event overall was very organized, thank you Queens of Needles! You sign up with a QR code, then they call your name when it's your turn. I arrived around 4pm and waited less than 20 minutes. I talked to some of the girls who were waiting to get tattooed and it seemed their wait was also minimal. Jassy (stabbedbyjassy on IG) did three of my piercings. I got a daith, vertical helix, and lobe. I completely trusted her judgement and I'm glad I did. She made the experience fast and painless. Then once I contacted her through IG for some last minute questions, she responded less than two days later. Overall, glad I came here for the event and looking forward to another piercing by Jassy once these heal. Also glad I saved some money by going during this special event, because they quoted me $75 for a helix and $85 for a daith, originally. read more

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING! I am genuinely horrified by my experience today. I deserve compensation for this. This is not what I expected. Madi is a nice girl but please avoid her as an artist. I do not recommend this place. I'm still crying I just didn't have the heart to tell her I didn't like it. Update: I contacted both Madi the artist and the shop directly to request a refund, and so far I have received no response regarding my refund request. It is extremely unprofessional to message me saying what she said. Just because I approved the design does NOT mean it was tattooed the way it should have been. My issue is not design. The fact that the proposed solution is for the same person who did a tattoo I'm unhappy with to simply make more permanent changes to it is honestly unbelievable. A tattoo is not something you can just erase when the work isn't done properly. I trusted this person with my skin, paid for a professional service, and have to consider laser removal. I got my eyebrow pierced by Nely about 2 weeks ago and I was very anxious about the process but she guided me through every step and answered all my questions very well. I've gotten my septum pierced at a different place before (by a cis man lol) and left with a lot of questions I forgot to bring up. But before I left this shop, Nely answered all my questions before I got the chance to ask them. The piercing process itself was very quick, painless, and affordable ($85) imo and so far I've had absolutely no issues like I was worrying I would. I had been wanting to get another tattoo for some time and I just happened to stumble upon Queens of Needles. When I saw that it was completely ran & operated by women, I was all for it. I knew it would be a great break from the testosterone driven shops I had been to in the past. My hunch was 100% correct. The whole vibe of the shop was so calm and inviting. It just felt good to be in there. And I spent quite some time over the course of getting 2 tattoos. My artist (the wonderful Dez) took so much time to ensure she was giving me just what I wanted and then took all the time needed to ensure she did a great job with the actual tattooing. All the while she was making sure I was comfortable and offering breaks & whatever else throughout the entire process. I also loved that other artists were constantly coming over to admire her work and complement her. I really liked the supportive vibe of the shop. It just kept reminding me that I had picked a great place. In the end, I am now months out from my tattoo work and I completely love it. I have recommended the shop to several friends of mine and am already planning my next tattoo to, of course, be done here. She not only made me feel so comfortable whilst getting my very first tattoo (on my ribs too!) but she was very professional as well. Everything was sanitized when I arrived. Reposting this review because it looks like they removed my last one and many others but people need to know the truth. Original review posted June 2021: I had high hopes for this place, but it just ain't it. Very unprofessional, terrible communication, complete disregard for the customer's wants, and botched tattoos. First off, trying to make an appointment alone was a whole mission and a half. I had originally called the shop to make the appt, but instead they had me message separate Instagram accounts, and it took days to hear back from anyone so that was a little annoying. Most tattoo shops were booked at the time and I figured COVID was making things more difficult for everyone so I gave them the benefit of a doubt. Mm. After a while, I finally got into contact with the artist, Gabbi. She and I talked in great detail about what I wanted done, what my cousin wanted to get, and all should have been good right? Well, then comes the day of our appt... We get there on time, and we're both super stoked to get inked by this shop, Queens of Needles. How cool right? All female, in the valley, let's go! Should have pumped the brakes tho. We started going over our tattoos and it was almost like we never spoke (which we absolutely did) and it turned into a bunch of "I can't do and won't do this and that." She declined to do a finger tattoo (which she agreed to prior) for my cousin because in her words "you're young and won't be able to get a job." But then went back on that notion when we talked about getting it done somewhere else. Okaaay. Then we got to talking about my tattoo and she had NO sketch and NO idea of how to execute this piece that we talked about beforehand on Instagram for days. And when she did try to sketch something on the spot, it was so done so lazily. Like, homegirl had no interest in investing time into this tattoo, but that's why we talked about it before...so she could have time. Anyway, after watching her doodle for an hour and her telling me what she can't do versus what she can I was just like guirl no, let's scrap it and have her a simple image. The original piece I planned on getting was super meaningful and I didn't appreciate the lazy preparation, especially with the stakes at hand. It's permanent a permanent. Then she started my cousin's tattoo and that was a hot mess. Gabbi was having an entire conversation with someone else the whole time about tacos while tattooing my cousin. A tattoo that was just one word and took no more than 6 minutes turned out terrible because she wasn't paying attention. She applied way too much pressure causing the tattoo to bleed more than normal and it don't even look right. Oh, then she took her taco break. And then when we did my tattoo she rushed it and forgot to include parts that were already drawn on... Between the bad customer service, poor preparation, lack of attention, negative comments, snacking of tacos, I had to let yall know. OH! And then I learned Gabbi had only been tattooing for about a year and started during the pandemic...It's been a month since our appointment and my tattoo is still scabbing and my cousin's ink bled so bad it looks highlighted. They must have a great social media manager because the vision they're painting online is not the same one that reflects the shop. I'd ask for a refund, but I can't buy a time machine. read more

Char, Re, Madi, Mariya, and Bre( a couple of them weren't there when we were) were soo sweet and patient. Top two cleanest shops I've ever been to and it ain't number two! I got a sick Kill Bill tat, my bff got a sad heart & my sister got two tats( seashell & sexy lady lol) very reasonable prices with a $100 minimum and none of us couldn't be any happier with the work done!
