Amazing tattoo studio with amazing artists! I got my piece done by the owner, Omar, and he was absolutely amazing. Super talented, professional, and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. The entire team is friendly, helpful, and really knows their craft. I made an appointment with Gio 2 weeks before . One week before asked to bring another person for a birthday matching tattoo He confirmed 3 times saying he will see us soon. We showed up, called place, texted and called him and waited outside for 40 minutes! No response , no reply and no show! We luckily called another Tattoo shop Gusto tattoo took us. So disappointed in Gio AND THIS BUSINESS ! Bad business will never recommend this place again read more

I couldn't be happier with my cover-up tattoo! Omar did an incredible job turning something I used to hide into a piece I'm truly proud to show off. The design was so creative -- you'd never even know there was an old tattoo underneath. The lines are clean, the shading is perfect, and the colors pop beautifully. Everyone at the shop was friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. This review is strictly for Rolando "P," a tattoo artist who works at Old English. His lack of accountability for the amateur tattoo he did says a lot about his business ethics. Within 1 week after the peeling and healing stage, the ink started to fade. My finger tattoo have basically disappeared. After several consults with experienced artists in SF. I was educated on the risk vs. results of hand & finger tattoos. Also, what happens when getting them done. Coming to understand that many artist don't do them for the same reason. But, P's blatant unprofessionalism in handling my dissatisfaction led me to reach out to the owner, Omar. A stand up business man, who offered to fix the tattoo and issued a refund. I waited so long to get my tattoo and had it ruined. I'm in constant regret until I get it fixed. There were red flags that I should have paid attention to but ignored. Shame on me. My advice: Do research and more research. Go watch the artist do a tattoo. Ask to see healed results. Forget Instagram Pics. They are being stolen. They are highly edited. They are not realistic. I had an excellent experience at Old English Tattoo. I was impressed by how clean and well-organized the space was. The entire shop had a welcoming atmosphere, with everything looking spotless and sanitized, which immediately put me at ease. As for the tattoo artist Giovanni, he was fantastic. Not only was his skill and attention to detail top-notch, but they also made sure I was comfortable and took breaks when needed. The tattoo turned out even better than I imagined. I highly recommend Old English Tattoo to anyone looking for a professional and clean shop with amazing artist. Had a great experience in the shop. Everyone was friendly and more so very accommodating. The place has a welcoming ambience, it's very clean from wall, floor to ceiling. I really like how nice and organize the shop is; looking at it, equipment and supplies are well maintained. I had a koi fish done by Gio, he had done a my dragon previously and I'm glad he reached to notify me (and other clientele) that he moved. He's got great talent, skills and passion as an artist and his works justifies. The details are amazing, very clean outlines and balanced shading. About a year ago, I wanted to start my second sleeve on my other arm. I got my first arm done by the homie Ivan Anglin (Striker Tattoo) who I was going to for years But He ended up moving away to Berlin. I texted Ivan, asking who I could go to that I could truly trust and he said that his buddy Omar is the Guy, and sent me Omar's Number. Last August, I wanted to start the first tattoo of my new sleeve that day because I was leaving out of town for a month the following day but Omar was out of town when I texted him. Omar made sure my appointment that day would happen but stated that it wouldn't be with him, but it would be with his guy Johny Esco at his shop and that he would take care of me and is super sick. I gave it a shot and ended up loving Johny's work! These guys are both fucking dope. Both of them are super detailed! Omar has tattooed my mother. Omar has tattooed a friend of mine. Johny has tattooed my mother along with my mother's good friend. Johny is currently doing my sleeve right now which we have been working on and it has been coming out super sick!! He really takes the time to discuss and hash out details of your vision and bring it to a reality. He is open to adjusting whatever the design may be, and fit a style both you will like and containing his own touch. I've been going to Omar (owner) since he was at Experience Ink. He did 2 of my tattoos and absolutely nailed them. I couldn't be more thrilled for his new shop! The shop is intimate and very clean. While Omar was already booked when I wanted to go in (no surprise since he's so good) he recommended his other artist Johny. My armband was a simple line piece, but Johny was more than happy to do it even though his other work is beautifully detailed and intricate. Johny was very fairly priced for the piece. He took a lot of time making sure the piece was lined up and straight before ever bringing the needle to my skin. When the piece was finished he also took time to review it and making sure it was complete and perfect. I am very happy with it and Johny's work. I've gone to various shops and have gotten tattoos from different artists but Omar and Old English tattoo studio is the shop that exceeds all expectations. Omar treats his clients with respect and even goes out of his way to make sure that we are comfortable.
