I tried Suzan's tax service this year for the first time, as I have a feeling that my previous tax accountants including CPAs didn't do their due diligence to maximize my tax refund or minimize my tax due. I have been contacting Suzan for a long time. She has been cancelling every time I ask for an appointment. Last time we set up a date, she said she forgot she is flying somewhere, next time I called she said she forgot her daughter has a field trip and I reschedule for next day. They day came, I was calling to confirm our appointment and she never answered my calls and texts. I get how every one get so busy but it is very unprofessional to just not reply and not answer calls and not confirm the appointment we have for today.
